people who joke about suicide

Now, lets get this straight, I have suicidal thoughts regularly but when people joke about it makes me want to kill myself even more.

So, the other day in English, we had to do a PowerPoint presentation on a random author. There was one girl who did a PowerPoint about this man who committed suicide using his favourite gun. When it got to the suicide part and she started talking about it most of the form started laughing. In fact, the only ones who didn't laugh was me and one of my best friends who also has suicidal thoughts. Its a shame really that people find peoples mental health illnesses so humorous. If anyone who reads this and thinks it is humorous then you should just leave.
