"Wait..." Pigil niya sa akin. Aish. Ano na naman bang kailangan niya? Marahas ko siyang hinarap.
"What now?"
"Alam ko na hindi madaling tanggapin yung mga nalaman mo pero I'll take this opportunity para aminin sa'yo ang lahat. Pagkatapos nito, nasa sa'yo na ang desisyon kung matatanggap mo pa ba ako o hindi."
"Bakit kailangan mo pang sabihin sakin? Isa lang naman akong hamak na mortal at maaari mong ikapahamak yang sinasabi mo."
"Alam ko pero kung ito lang ang tanging paraan para matanggap mo ko at hindi ako sigurado kung may susunod pang pagkakataon na mabibigay sakin para sabihin sa'yo ang totoo."
Sa una ay nagdadalawang isip pa ako pero heto na rin yung pagkakataon na malaman ko ang totoo. At kung ano talaga ang kailangan nila sa amin.
"Fine." Umupo ulit ako at tumabi naman siya.
"Siguro nagtataka ka kung saan planeta kami nagmula dahil sa kakaiba naming mga kakayahan. I'll formally introduce my real self to you. I'm Kai with the power of teleportation from Exo Planet. It all started when our King Mogadore gave us a mission."
"What mission?" painosenteng tanong ko.
"Find the three maidens who's holding the black pearl and killed them."
"Black pearl? What's that and why are you finding them?"
"We really don't have a clue of what it looks like and what's the use of it. Ang tanging alam lang namin ay susi ito para masakop ng hari namin ang buong mundo. Sumusunod lang kami sa pinag-uutos. Honestly speaking, kung hindi lang General ang ama ko sa mundo namin, hinding-hindi ko gagawin ang misyon na 'to."
"So hindi mo talaga ginusto 'to?" Umiling lang siya. "Can I ask you a situational question?"
"Sure. What is it?"
"What if makita niyo na yung hinahanap niyo, would you kill the three maidens?"
"For me, I won't. I believe on what my Mother said to me before I accepted this mission since she's one of those who can see the future. Almost half of the people in the kingdom serving the king, don't like the way he rule the planet so more people who tried to rebel against the kingdom were being held in prison. I'm really hoping that they are the future of our planet and I believe in them. In case of my friends, I really don't know their real intention by accepting this mission because we never really open it up." Kung totoo man yung sinasabi niya, it means hindi namin siya kalaban. Suddenly, I felt my whole world is spinning.
"Hey Yegh, are you ok?" I heard him say but I'm so preoccupied on what I'm feeling right now then different images starting to appear.
I don't know how long I slept but one thing is for sure, nandito pa rin ako sa garden with Kai.
"Are you ok? What happened?" Nag-aalalang tanong niya. I can sense his sincerity. Did I really fell in love with him? I don't know what I'm feeling now and most importantly, I'm so confused.
"Yes. Thanks. How long did I slept?"
"Just an hour. Are you sure you're alright?" I just nod at him. "Mas mabuti pa bumalik na tayo sa classroom. I'm sure tapos na ang klase."
"Wait..."
"Hmm..."
"About what you said to me..."
"No it's ok. No need to pressure yourself. Hindi ko naman sinabi yun para matanggap mo agad ako. Gusto ko lang maging open sayo at masabi ko na mahal kita. I know it's strictly against our rules to fall in love with a mortal but what can I do? Hindi ko mapigilan ang puso ko na mahalin ka."
"Ahm... Can you give me more time to think? There's a lot of things going on in my mind right now. I want to clear my head first and think before I talked to you again. I'll open myself to you when the right time comes. Can you do that?"
"No problem. Even of it takes forever, I'll wait for you till that right time and when you're ready."
"Thanks Kai. It really means a lot to me."
