Why?

Why can't I remember that oh so familiar voice, or more importantly, who it belongs to.

I gasp as I wake up a blinding light shinning bright above me.

"Uuummmuhh," I groan. It's all I can manage to say. My throat feels as if it's sand paper.

"Waa.. Waaat.....Rrr." I demand to no one in particular. I push against the pillows behind me and sit up, taking in my surroundings.

I'm sitting in a plain white hospital room, and I have a plug in my nose. Ow, I thought a I tugged at it. There was also a bloody bandage in my arm. My mind returned to looking up and I looked to my right. There was an oxygen tank, and a bedside table. I started turning my head to the left and saw a small sink in the corner of the room. Directly ahead of me was a tv and a pile of magazines. I turned my head slightly more and saw a face. It made me jump a little, but I quickly recovered with a look of disgust on my face.

"Oh... It's you." I said emphasizing you to let him know how mad I was with his presence.

"Look Valentine, let me-" Owen stuttered as I cut him off.

"No!" I yelled. "You don't get to talk! You're the reason I'm in here aren't you?" I reached to punch him, but when I move my arm I yelped in pain and froze. My body fell into a collapsed heap, and I drifted into a dreamless sleep.

Owen's POV

I heard a moan, and saw Sasha sitting up. God, she's so beautiful, I thought to myself. I saw her looking around, and then she saw me and gasped.

Then she eyed me with daggers of hatred.

"Oh... It's you." She said putting emphasize on you that made me wince.

"Look Valentine, let me-" I started before she cut me of.

"No! You don't get to talk! You're the reason I'm in here aren't you?" She yelled.

She pulled back her arm to punch me but froze.

Sasha looked at me with fear in her eyes, before her eyes rolled shut and her body collapsed. She started to go into a seizure and I was frozen in fear.

I finally snapped out of it and yelled for the doctor, but when we came back her body had gone still.
