School was weird my first day back, but is was good to see my friends again. It was kinda weird having Owen around me all day. He stood in the back of all of my classes in glasses and a blazor. Everyone looked at me so strangely. When I passed by everyone, they would look at me and whisper to anyone who was around them. Every time someone would give me a strange look, I'd put on a fake smile as I hurried away.
Lunch was the worst part of the whole day. I sat with Simone at lunch, but Owen had to stand behind me. It would've been better if he at least sat next to me. Again, I got weird looks from everyone. I just smiled and kept carrying on my conversation with Simone.
The bus ride home was even worse than lunch! Everyone was questioning why he was sitting with me and why he had been following me around all day. "Hey weirdo, why are you hanging around Sasha so much?" said this really annoying kid, Dave.
"Just stop being nosy for once!" I blurted.
"Sasha, I got this handled." Owen whispered. At that point, I got really nervous and my palms started sweating.
"Hey look, here comes the Sasha obsessive weirdo!" Dave yelled standing up. Surprisingly, the bus driver didn't notice Owen or Dave. All of the sudden, I heard a moan from behind me, and looked back to see Dave curled up on the floor. At that moment, the bus stopped, and the bus driver stood up and walked over to them.
"What is going on back here! the bus driver yells.
"This guy just walked over to me and punched me in the nose for no reason!" Dave said while crying.
"That's a lie-" Owen got interrupted.
"I don't care! You get off my bus and don't come back ever!" Owen quickly grabbed his stuff and stormed off the bus. I tried to roll down the window but it took a few seconds.
As the bus rolled away, Owen put his fist up and shouted, "I'll be back, and don't you doubt it!"
