Let me in

"Sasha, can I come in?" I heard Owen say through the door.

"No."

"Why not?"

"Cause I don't want to see you right now."

"Please."

"I'm not in the mood for this right now." I said as I sighed.

"I don't care! Just please let me in." He pleaded.

I got up and marched to the door as I yelled," What part of NO do you not understand!"

"Everything! I did nothing wrong." He said as the slammed his fist against the door.

I jumped a little and backed away from the door.

"I'm gonna come in!" He yelled.

Oh no, I thought to myself. The door is unlocked!

I heard a click of the door as I lunged for the lock. I slammed the door shut and twisted the lock.

"Ha ha ha Sasha, really funny."

"That's why you don't announce your plans." I said matter-a-factually, with a triumphant grin on my face.

I walked away from the door, and flopped back on my bed. I picked up a magazine and sighed.

Maybe I am being too hard on him. He was just trying to help.

Begrudgingly, I got up and walked to the door. I put my ear to the other side and heard faint breathing.

"Hey Owen." I whispered quietly, hoping to not actually catch his attention.

"Yeah." He said. There was a smile hidden in his words and I couldn't help but giggle. "What's so funny?" He asked confused.

I quickly settled down, and said,"Nothing."

"So why were you giggling?"

"Oh.. That.. Um, no reason." I said finding myself giggling again.

"Sasha." He said with a warning tone in his voice.

"No, really." I said trying to convince him. My eyes flashed back to the magazine I was reading and I saw a picture of Taylor Swift with a staticky afro, I burst out laughing and said," Just the magazine I'm reading."

"Are you sure?"

"Yep..." I grinned. "Everything's perfect."
