~Castiel's POV~
Cas was having fun hanging out with his family and the Winchesters, but he couldn't get Layla's actions out of his head. The more he thought about all of the nasty looks and harsh words, the more upset he got, which Dean seemed to notice.
"Hey Cas," Dean said walking over to where he sat alone," are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine Dean", Cas said, a little more harsh than he wanted it to seem.
"Are you sure, 'cuz you seem not fine. Tell me what's wrong" Dean said softly
"Really Dean I'm fi-"
"Dammit, Cas, no you're not, tell me what's wrong!"
The others had begun to notice the two boys conversation and seemed concerned.
"Not here Dean, not in front of everyone, " Cas said, trying to get the older boy to drop the subject.
"Fine then come on." Dean said, dragging Cas inside. "let's talk in here."
Dean and Cas walked up the stairs and into Cas' room, and both sat on the bed.
"Okay Cas, tell me what's wrong."
"Fine...I...Um..Well, I don't think Layla likes me. In fact, I know she doesn't like me. She hates me."
"Oh come on Cas, she doesn't hate you! She thinks you're great!"
"N, she doesn't she hates me."
"What makes you think she hates you? She's so nice, I couldn't see her hating anyone."
"Well she hates me, you should see some of the things... you know what, nevermind." Even though Cas hated Layla, he knew Dean loved her, or at least thought he did, so he tried to drop the subject. However, Dean had other ideas.
"What do you mean see the things Cas, did she do something?"
"It doesn't really matter," Cas said, standing up.
"Yes it does Cas, Tell Me!" Dean was clearly getting upset, and Cas wasn't sure what to say, so he kept his mouth shut and turned away.
"Cas! Tell me! Cas!"
"Fine! I know she hates me because she told me! She told me to stay away from you, and she told me that if I didn't..." Cas stopped talking, trying to keep himself from breaking down.
"She did all of that?" Dean said disbelievingly
"And more."
"No way. No, Cas, Layla's not like that. She wouldn't do that, she's so nice."
"Maybe she's nice to you Dean, but to everyone else, she's a bitch! Ask anyone" Cas was getting frustrated, upset that Dean didn't believe him.
"Who the fuck gave you the right to call my girlfriend a bitch? What, are you jealous or something?"
"No Dean, I'm telling the truth! And if you should get your head out of your ass for 5 minutes you would see what she's really like!"
"You know what Cas, Fuck you. I'm done, I don't need to listen to this shit." With that, Dean stormed out of Cas' room and outside.
"Sam! Michael! Let's go! Now!" Dean yelled at his brothers while the rest of the Novak's stared at him confused.
" What do you mean go, we don't have to go!" whined Sam, obviously not wanting to leave.
"Yeah, why do we have to go?" Michael walked up behind Sam, and both looked at Dean expectantly.
"We just have to, come on now or get you own rides."
"I can take you guys home," Luci said, walking over to the trio.
"No, they're-"
"Great then, we'll stay. Dean, have fun." Michael interrupted, walking away with Sam in tow.
"Fine," Dean grumbled, walking back through the house and out to his car.
As they heard him drive away, the others wondered what was wrong, but only a few guesses that Cas could have had anything to do with it.
