To say Sam had been sulking around was an understatement. He wasn't sleeping well and was drifting off in class but the teachers didn't have the heart to yell at him. The news spread like wildfire that the Novak had been taken. Most believed it was a prank at first until they saw the state of the Novaks and Winchester. It was affecting Dean and Michael too, they were attached to Gabriel. So when Sam came running out of the guest room of the Novaks with and everyone froze."They're still around! I just got a text from Gabriel!" Sam bounced a bit in place. He quickly read the text out and within second Lucifer had his jacket on and car keys.
"A bitch is bout to die." He snarled. Sam followed close behind and Michael grabbed his jacket.
"You're crazy if you think you're leaving us behind!" Dean said, grabbing Castiel's hand.
"Count me in!" Adam hopped up. With the short amount of time he'd spent around the little group, he'd basically been adopted into the family. "You're not the only one's dad taught to fight." Samandriel went to stand up, but Adam shook his head. Everyone shared a look, knowing the bond between the two.
"Stay here Alfie," Raphael said softly, getting the teens attention. He nodded reluctantly and sat back down. Lucifer stormed out to the car, seeming to bring the winds from hell with him. He tossed a few things into the trunk and climbed in the driver's seat.
"Get in losers, we're heading to hell." He grinned wickedly. Michael sat in the passenger's seat, and the rest piled into the back. Gabriel's disappearance had brought out a whole new side to Lucifer. It was concerning, the normally mild-mannered highly inappropriate devil turned cold. He spent most of his time picking fights at bars to get rid of his frustration. Michael usually had to drag the drunken teen back to the house and keep him holed up in his room the rest of the night. The change happened overnight, seeing as Gabriel had only been missing a few days.
Now the group of teens was filling up at yet another gas station. On the road, even though they were squished or blown away a bit, candy was evident. Not to mention Gabriel had gotten his sticky fingers on a few other people's phones. It may have seemed a bit too easy if they weren't concerned with getting Gabriel back. They piled back into the car after Lucifer interrogated the cashier at the counter. Everyone settled in the car and Mike rested his hand on Lucifer's knee."We'll find him. And then we can skin the son of a bitch who took him." Michael assured him. Lucifer nodded a bit. With a heavy sigh, he started the car and peeled away. Michael directed him, keeping an eye on the multicolored candy wrappers strewn on the road. At times they'd get lost, going in circles until they picked up the trial again. Cryptic messages would be received from Gabriel, getting them back on track as well. The search was almost silent, very uncomfortable but necessary. Most people in the car were planning on what they were going to do when they caught the guy who took Gabriel.
Sam still hasn't alerted the police that he got any kind of contact from Gabriel. It was stupid, and he felt guilty but he didn't want any interference. He would let Satan punish the unnamed man. The Father of Death. That titled should belong to Lucifer. Seeing as he was Satan. So Satan should take it back, with his angel at his side. So Sam could have his angel back. Sam sighed and rested his head against the window. This was going to be difficult.
