The Heat of the Moment Sabriel/Destiel/ Michifer Highschool AU

Arrival

~Dean's POV~

Lucifer had gotten tired from driving, so Dean took over. Castiel climbed up from with him and Michael took the back where he could curl up with Lucifer. Sam and Gabriel fell asleep a while back. Dean couldn't stand the silence any longer so he turned on the radio. He flicked through the stations until he found Hot Blooded playing on a station. He turned it up and smirked at Cas who simply rolled his eyes. Lucifer cracked his eyes open and glared.

"Some of us are trying to sleep." He groaned.

"Oh, we're almost there. Suck it up buttercup."

"I. Will. End. You." He growled. Michael stirred and wrapped his arms around Lucifer.

"I'm afraid you can't hurt my brother. Cas would throw a fit." Michael opened his eyes and smirked. Up front, Castiel blushed deeply, but Dean didn't see. Dean simply rolled his eyes. Cas is straight. Like me. They're just being stupid, he thought.
        The teens stopped by a store and picked up multiple things. They grabbed food, movies, and games. They dumped their load at the checkout. The girl at the counter looking. A bit scared at the sheer amount of things the boys bought. Dean flashed a smile, and the rest rolled their eyes. They piled back into the car after putting all the things in the trunk.
Dean continued to drive until they at a cabin in North Dakota. He pulled up to the cabin and a collective gasp game from the Novaks, Gabe had worked up too.

"Damn." Gabriel smiled. Sam chuckled softly.

"Let's get inside before we freeze," Sam suggested. The boys hopped out and everyone grabbed bags, along with their own. They scurried into the house, which was almost equally as cold. They looked at the fireplace.

"Everyone agree that Gabriel is not allowed near that?" Michael asked.

"Agreed." The others chorused.

"Hey!" Gabriel protested.

"You know it's a good idea." Sam grinned.

"Yeah, true." Gabriel sighed.
      Sam and Castiel put all the groceries away while Lucifer and Michael figured out how to work the fireplace. Dean had drawn the short straw and ended up having to go outside and grab firewood.

"Holy shit it's cold!" He exclaimed as he made it back inside. His hair and shoulders were dusted with snow. His cheeks were red from the cold and his hair windswept. Castiel chuckled at his appearance.

"Cold?"

"Fuck you," Dean growled, though there was no heat behind it. He dumped the firewood beside the fireplace and let Lucifer and Michael get the fire going. He peeled off his jacket and tossed his boots by the door before moving close to the fire to warm up. It didn't take long and he got up, going to observe the state of the house.
   There were, of course, only three beds. Dean sighed and shook his head. He went to inform the rest of the sleeping situation. After a bit of bickering, it was decided. Michael and Luci would share a room, no surprise there was everyone's input, Gabe and Sam would share, and Cas would share with Dean. No one was uncomfortable with the situation really as all of them had fallen asleep with their partner at one point in time

"Movie?" Cas suggested,

"Hells yeah!" Gabriel grinned. Settling on a movie wasn't hard. They picked The Avengers, Sam's eyes lit up and Gabriel rolled his eyes a bit. Everyone settled down, Michael made popcorn and everyone had drinks. The couch was only big enough for four so Sam and Gabriel settled for the floor. They turned off the lights and watched the movie.
  By the time to movie ended, the trip had finally caught up with everyone.

"Tomorrow we can figure out what we want to do. There is different trails to hike, sledding, skiing, and a few other things nearby so it shouldn't be too bad." Dean smiled.
    Everyone said their good nights and the boys settled down to sleep. Four of them were not going to mention how they cuddled with their partner for the entire night. Strictly for heat is what they'd say if anyone asked. No one would admit they enjoyed the closeness. Not yet at least.
