Darcy's POV:
I've been alone all day, doing absolutely nothing. The boys had another meeting today with Syco, i think it was something to do with Ash's arrival today but that's just a guess. They have been gone since 10 this morning and its coming up to 4 now which means that they have been gone for 6 hours. What type of meeting goes on for 6 hours? In that space of time i have managed to complete all series of The Inbetweeners and started watching Supernatural. I've decided to engross myself in to the world of Dean and Sam Winchester instead of doing anything remotely productive. Which is amazing, but not when the door bells rings through out the house and i actually have to leave my spot on the sofa to go and open it.
The figure behind the door was not one that i was expecting to see. Not yet anyway.
"I thought no one was in." He looked down at his feet.
"I was just watching something on TV." I stood to the side of the door and let Ash walk past me and in to the house.
"This place is amazing." He said as he put his bags by the bottom of the stairs and began inspecting around the sitting room and in the kitchen. "Did they furnish it all for you?"
"Yeah, you should see upstairs, it's incredible."
He followed me up the stairs carefully after i warned him about the dodgy step. I led him past all of the boys bedrooms and stopped at the spare room, assuming that this would now be Ashton's room.
"This is your room, i guess. It's different to Luke, Cals and Michaels but personally i think its better."
"What does theirs look like?" He asked as he set his suitcase down by the drum kit that was in the corner of his room.
"You can go and have a look if you want. Luke's is probably the cleanest. It's the one right next to the stairs."
With a simple nod he left his room and strode down the corridor to the door i had directed him to. It wasn't as weird as i thought it would be to have him here. I was expecting him to come here with a massive attitude and continue to ignore everyone like he had done in Swindon. It feels like that argument happened ages ago, but it was only a week ago.
"My room is defiantly better. I have guitars and drums. Who needs a sofa when you have a random variety of musical instruments?"
"As I do not have a musical bone in my body, i like the record player better. I have never seen as many vinyls before in my life. Michael, Cal and I sat here for an hour yesterday listening to the whole Bastille album play out." He picked up the pile of recently played vinyls and began sifting through them.
"Well done to Syco, they did pick some good records. Fall Out Boy, Bastille, Panic at the Disco, i feel like my life is complete."
"Michael found them yesterday."
"What did i find?" My head snapped to the doorway to find the blue haired boy leaning against the door frame. "Ash, how long have you been here?" I could tell that he didnt know what to say to him.
"Yeah, i got here about half an hour ago, not long."
"Guys, come up here a minute, we're in the spare room!" Michael shouted down the hallway.
Ashton looked overwhelmed to say the least. Within 2 hours he has managed to move to London and have all his friends so excited about seeing him when the last time he saw them he was a total jerk.
"Ashton mate, what are you doing here? I thought you were coming at 6?" Luke asked.
"Surprise?" Ash replied as he lifted up his bags to emphasise that he was indeed here.
