"Can you hear me?" Dan was basically yelling in his room. Luckily, he was alone so he could scream all he wanted.
Not like that you freak.
Arin said, "Yes! Could you please not scream, though? You're blasting my ear drums." He sounded oddly annoyed.
"Oh, sorry. Well, why did you make me call you? Does it have to be kept secret?" Dan asked this with the most innocent and caring smile which always made Arin's cold heart melt, even after so many years.
"I didn't want there to be any record of me saying this. I want to just be totally open with you like you have been to be." Arin looked straight into his webcam which struck fear into Dan. Arin looked so serious and angry, but at the same time, he looked scared for his life.
"I'm ready."
Dan could tell this was going to be a long night.
Good thing it was Friday.
