HARRY'S POV
I spent my Tuesday with Hermione as Hailey was off somewhere with Draco. I don't know how I felt about that couple yet. Were they even a couple? Hailey hadn't told me anything and obviously, Draco wouldn't. I could feel my lunch churning. I couldn't do that to any girl, drag them into my life. That wouldn't be fair to them. I thought about the kiss between Draco and Hailey on the Quidditch Pitch that she had told me about and tried to picture it and what it would feel like.
"Harry, are you listening?" Hermione closed a big book in front of my face and the noise snapped me up, shaking the kiss away from my mind.
"Completely." I hopefully covered but I knew Hermione wasn't having it. She rolled her eyes and sighed.
"I said, turn around," Hermione repeated and I looked around a big group of Ravenclaws and Durmstrangs where I saw Hailey and Draco, a big smirk on Draco's face as he looked down at her. They were sitting on a bench in the courtyard and his hand was on top of Hailey's resting on the bench. Her cheeks were slightly pink and she was looking down, talking.
I turned back around to Hermione, my face hard and eyes down. How could my sister and my arch enemy be together? He was her first kiss, too! It wouldn't be half as bad if he wasn't her first kiss but he was. That will always be a fact.
"What's on your mind, Harry?" Hermione reached out and put her hand over mine, reminding me of what Hailey and Draco were just doing.
"It's stupid." I didn't really know. I was mad they were a thing but had to be happy for Hailey. Seeing them together, his eyes on her, making her smile...
"You're my best friend, Harry," Hermione said, her words forcing my eyes to make contact with her brown ones. Hermione really was a pretty girl. "It's not stupid. I'm here for you." I couldn't tell Hermione about the part where I was slightly jealous of what they had. I couldn't bear to see the smirky smile she'd give me as she rushed off to play Cupid. I don't even think I could tell Ron. Maybe. I decided to tell Hermione the part that wouldn't put a smug smile on her face.
"I'm really happy Hailey has found someone at Hogwarts, even if it is Draco. But, just think about how much harder it's going to be to get closer with Hailey. With him always around..." I turned around again to see Hailey looking into Draco's eyes. His eyes flickered to her lips and she nodded, leaning in and kissing him softly. "How does anyone expect me to talk with Hailey when she's always snogging Draco?" I asked Hermione, turning my attention back to her who looked over my head and craned her neck to see Hailey pushing her hand through Draco's blonde hair as they pulled away. Hermione pressed her lips together into a thin line, thinking.
"You're right, Harry. That," She took one last look at Hailey pulling back from Draco's kiss, who pulled her into his chest, her back resting against it. Hermione cleared her throat and started talking again. "...Will make things extremely difficult." Hermione finished. Hermione got up from the bench, grabbing her massive book.
"Go wash up for dinner and meet me in the Great Hall," Hermione told me, snapping to get my attention.
I did as told and began walking back to the Gryffindor tower, passing the happy couple... what are they anyway? I really hoped Hailey would sit with us at dinner. Maybe she would tell us.

Ron was the only one in the dorm when I got there, arms crossed and legs spread out over his bed. He stared at me with a numb expression on his face I couldn't read.
"What's up with you?" I asked.
"Nothing... Nothing." He mumbled the same answer as last night but stayed put in his spot on his bed.

Fanfic"You're a brother, Harry." Hargrid told me as he gave me a sad look. I was beyond confused. "I'm a-a what?" I stuttered. I shook my head and pushed my eyebrows together. The only thing that was running through my head was 'I might still have family'...
