I was cooking lunch while Jazz was cleaning and listening music,i let her listened to Vybz Kartel,Alkaline,I Octane and other artistes and she fell in love with the songs. It had been 4 days since that dinner which jazz and I are still shaken up about but we are still happy. I heard a knock on the door which I doubt Jazz heard it listening to dancehall music. I wiped my hands in the dishcloth and walked to the door,Jazz realize I was heading for the door and stop listening music. I opened the door to be faced with the last person I wanted to see Shelly. I was closing the door because I was annoyed and she disgusted me but before it could close she stopped it with her foot how the hell she got my address...... Tyler!!
" Kim please let me explain everything just give me at least 10 minutes of your time!" she said. I looked at Jazz and she shook her head. I opened the door and she walked in, I saw her looking around the room
"remember when I brought you guys to Trinidad and we stayed at the hotel it was beautiful! Right?" she said. Remembering the time tears were threatening to leave my eyes.
"Shelly talk you got 10 minutes remember!" Jazz said her voice trembling. We walked her to the living room I got some orange juice for us and placed them on the center table. She didn't hesitate to begin talk

" I married your father because his family had a company and it was bankrupting so they asked my family company to help and we did under 1 circumstance the children have to get married. I didn't want to do it because I was in love with another man David. The night when I told him about everything is the night he was going to propose to me. I married your father we weren't happy and our families wanted grand children so we gave them two. After a while Arthur got abusive wanted to hit you guys for anything or touch you guys inappropriately so I told him to do it to me. I got a call one day and it was David I was happy we met and we had sex and I got pregnant he said I should leave Arthur and come,when I told Arthur said I'm taking you to your grandmother for some times he got angry and tried to hit me but I ran because I didn't want to loose my next child because I didn't get my daughters. I tried everything but he didn't let go of you guys. Please forgive me it wasn't to hurt you guys intentionally!" Shelly said by the time she was finish the three of us were down in tears. I hugged Shelly and Jazz came we cried for about another minute. Jazz decided to talk,
" we didn't know all of that dad said you just left us and we hated you all those years. We can't forget all of that but we can try to forgive you!". I told them I agreed we ate lunch we told her about our lives and she told us about hers and she invited us Christmas dinner and we agreed to go.

She left at 4 pm said she have to pick up Anthony and cook dinner. Jazz went to talk to her boyfriend while I was cleaning up the kitchen to start dinner my phone rang,it was Tyler I haven't talked to him in a while because of what is going on
" hello Kimberly how did the date with your mom went?"
" hey Tyler I don't start calling her mom yet and it went well although you gave her my address!" I said trying to sound angry which result in him laughing
"she was very persistent. So how about a date tomorrow to make it up?"
" I'll think about it.." I said to him which made him sigh in sadness
"I'm joking I will go but where?"
" pack bath suit and extra clothes we are going to the beach. I'll pick you up at 9:30 am!" he said excited
" ok lover boy I'll be ready!"
"bye Kim sleep well!" he said then the phone hung up. I turned around and was frightened to see a smirking Jazz here we go!
"who is lover boy?" she asked excited. I told her everything and she laughed,we ate dinner then went to bed.

I read a book on wattpad then I felt sleepy so I closed my phone and fix in bed. I drifted off to sleep thinking about our date tomorrow
