Anakin doesn't like being around Ahsoka when she's grumpy, so he takes her advice and tries to lighten up the temple with some Christmas spirit.

"Hey Ahsoka, gather up as many of your fellow padawans as you can," Anakin called out to the togruta after they finished sparring. "And then bring them to meet me at my quarters around...7:00."

"And why? What would you do with a ton of padawans," Ahsoka questioned, attaching her lightsabers to her belt.

"I have my reasons, just tell are your friends to meet me, alright Snips," Anakin slid open the door and ushered Ahsoka out. "Until then, I have to prepare."

"Well have fun, Skyguy. I'll see you later," Ahsoka waved and left the training room, Anakin following her shortly after and going down the opposite hallway, towards the hanger. He grabbed his speeder and drove off to prepare for his plan.

Anakin really hated shopping. He really, really did, but if he had to chose between a grumpy Ahsoka and shopping, the later would always win. If Ahsoka wanted Christmas spirit, that was Anakin's mission for the day, and he would start out by buying Christmas decorations, scarfs, ugly sweaters even. There was a small store, one he had been introduced to as a padawan, that was in some back alley in Coruscant. It was a miracle the place was still open with how little attention it got. Anakin liked it that way, though. Nothing would be sold out, no one would find him there.

He also liked what the place sold. It wasn't like a large mall where every Christmas decoration was the same, everything in the store was handmade, small, intricate details out into every piece. And, of course, Anakin's favorite thing was that the items were cheaper, a lot cheaper. Perhaps half the price of a normal Coruscant retail store. Even being so low on credits, Anakin could buy everything he need for the group of padawan he had asked Ahsoka to form, which he did.

An hour later he walked back out to his speeder holding four overflowing bags of red and green clothing, tinsel, holly, scarfs, Santa hats, and bells of some sort. He groaned in annoyance as he shoved them into the back seat. His next step should be easier.

When Anakin reached the Jedi temple, he shoved the shopping bags into his closet before anyone could suspect anything. He then pulled out his datapad and commlink. He would need to contact Ahsoka before deciding on anything, he needed to know how many padawans he would have joining him.

" Master, what do you want now," Ahsoka complained.

"How many people do you think will be joining us later?" Anakin asked while scrolling through different papers on his datapad.

"I dunno, about 15. I have Barriss asking around too, though it's kinda hard when we have no clue what we're actually doing,"

"Well tell them that Anakin Skywalker wants them to help him with something, then they'll come running," Anakin could feel Ahsoka rolling her eyes at him for the other half of the comm.

"You wish," she laughed. "Still planning to meet at 7:00?"

Anakin gave his chrono a quick glance. 5:12. That should give him plenty of time. "That's the plan. Bye, Snips."

"Bye." Ahsoka hung up and Anakin went back to work. He eventually found a few papers that would work and went off to make copies of each. When he finished, he only had an hour more to wait.

Ahsoka was late, which wasn't much of a surprise, but it still bugged Anakin. He had a lot of places he was planning to go, and he really wanted to get this over with. As if all his wishes were granted, there was a knock on the door that dragged Anakin out of his thoughts. He rushed forward and slid the door open to reveal, Ahsoka, Barriss, and a whole lot of padawans(Anakin could've sworn some were younglings too) standing behind them.

"Hi Master," Ahsoka panted. "We ran here as fast as we could." She then leaned forward to whisper, "and some of them," she jabbed her thumb back at the group of young Jedi, most of which Anakin didn't recognize, only about half human, "aren't the fastest in the world."

"Well I'm glad you showed up." Anakin smiled and gestured for the others to come inside his already cramped quarters. "I have some hats and scarves and stuff. You might want to wear them, for the sake of Christmas spirit!"

Ahsoka frowned. She knew Anakin, and he did get excited over the strangest things, but not even had he been so into 'christmas spirit." Still, Ahsoka didn't question it, she simply grabbed a red and green scarf and tugged it around her neck. "So what's the plan?"

Anakin grinned, something that Ahsoka did not take as a good sign. "We're going to go Christmas caroling!"

Obi-Wan was meditating when a knock broke his concentration. Letting out a frustrated sigh, he stood up to answer the door.

He was expecting Anakin and Ahsoka to be there, questioning him, bugging him about something stupid. What he didn't expect was a group of 15 padawans, lead by Anakin and Ahsoka to be standing there, dressed in festive winter clothing, holding a folder of Christmas songs.

"We wish you a merry Christmas," they began to sing. "We wish you a merry Christmas. We wish you a mer-"

And Obi-Wan slammed the door closed and went back to his meditation.
