HOW TO GET ON THE CHEERLEADING SQUAD.
Want to be a,cheerleader? Here are some tips. Be sure to start training early if you want to. It is best to be early.
1. Go on a fresh food diet
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Take vitamins and minerals every single day and night
4. Stretch
5. Exercise
6. Get 8 hours of sleep

What I,had for today. THURSDAY
Breakfast: oatmeal and milk
Lunch: sandwich, yogurt and banana
Snack: fruit cup, pineapple, grapes and green tea
Dinner: salad, chicken, brocilli, vegetarian lentil soup and water
Dessert: didn't,need it
