1 ripe banana
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
Blend and enjoy with a friend
Mango Peach smoothie
1 sliced peach
1 mango , peeled and sliced
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Orange juice
Blend and enjoy with cheerleader friends if you are having a sleepover
Strawberry-Banana oatmeal smoothie
1/4 cup uncooked oats
1-1/2 teaspoons dried chai seeds
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Orange juice optional
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh,strawberries
1/2 cup banana slices
Add oats and China seeds in blender on high until it's the texture of flour
Add milk and juice to blender then use a spoon to stir the oats and Chis mixture from the bottom. Add the yogurt, throw in the strawberries and banana
Blend on high until smooth then pour and enjoy
Green monster smoothie
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple optional
1 banana
One big handful of fresh spinach
One Kale leaf
2/3 water
Add mango, pineapple, and banana to blender, add one kale leaf, and a handful of spinach (keepers,you full) add the 2/3 cup water
Blend and enjoy
