Breakfast: wholegrain,almond cereal
Snack: golden delicious Apple
Lunch: sandwich and yogurt
Dinner: stew and carrot biscuits
Dessert: peanuttbutter bread with yogurt in it ( I know it sounds gross but actually tastes really good) yummy
