Ok. If you haven't go.e to a nutritionist yet than you should. They do wonders for your health you know. They test your body to find out what it wants, then the nutritionist gives you the mineral it wants. For example, my nutritionist has me taking:
Multizyme (this gives me more enzymes. I need this mineral since I have digestion problems because of my acid reflux disease)( and I will talk about acid reflux disease in the next chapter of my blog, but only cheerleaders who have acid reflux can read it. Or if you have a twin sister or whatever that has acid reflux)
Catalyn
Zypan ( thus helps my throat)
Ribonucliec acid
Calcium Lactate
Tuna Omega Oil (to help me think)
And Vitamin C (which is just something I,need to take)
You should always take supplements especially after eating.
