Since Probally some of you like to eat healthy or want to be healthy here are some suggestions:
1. Oatmeal with or without fruit
2. Healthy cereal like Raisin Bra. Or muesli cereal
3. Peanutbutter bread
4. Peanut butter and jelly bread
5. Granola that can be heated up
6. Apple's with peanuttbutter on them
7. Bacon and eggs
8. Homemade pancakes or waffles
9. Your own healthy recipe
10. Yogurt
You should eat breakfast since it's,the most important meal of the day. Plus it will give you energy especially if you stayed up until 10:00. Besides while you're sleeping your body goes into mini starvation mode. Meaning your metabolism lowers and you are not burning calories as quickly. When you eat something in the morning your metabolism goes back up.
