Snacking before dinner

If you get hungry, after a busy day of school and haven't had a snack yet. Don't look for junk food. Look for:

Lean Protein

Low-Fat cheeses and yogurt

Whole-Wheat pasta (if it's,for dinner)

Frozen fruits and veggies

This is good for snack, dinner and dessert. After school , try outs or practice. Then after an hour or three , HYDRATE and start exercising.
