Cheerleading exercises: Two sit ups
Two sets of side to side sit-ups
two pike crunches
Two toe touch crunches
1 to 4 min. Of jumping jacks
We will discuss workout videos next and your workout playlist. But if you don't like to listen to what I listen to when I exercise than that is fine. You can listen to whatever work out song you want. What matters is that whatever music you exercise to keeps you moving. Just remember to stretch before and Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate.
