Breakfast: Sunnyside heart toast with bacon (for people with acid reflux, no bacon)

(For people who don't have acid reflux disease) two slices of bacon

1 slice of whole wheat bread

1 tsp butter

1 large egg

Salt and pepper to taste

Bake bacon at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile use a cookie cutter to make a heart in a slice of whole wheat toast. Melt butter in a skillet, put bread in, and then crack the egg into a

heart. Cook until the the egg is firm and the bread is golden brown. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Lunch: Hawiian sliders with fries

These tiny burgers have a perfect amount of lean protein and sweet potatoes give you a boost of vitamin A and antioxidants.

1/3 lb. Lean ground Turkey

3 slices of cheese

3 slider buns

3 slices of pineapples

3 dashes of hot sauce

1 medium sweet potato

Split Turkey into three slider-sized patties. Broil or grill for 2 or 3 min. On each side until firm. Top with cheese, place on buns, and add the pineapples, and a dash of sauce. For fries, slice potato, place it on a greased baking sheet, and bake at 450 degrees until crispy.

Dinner: Chicken careless pizza

Homemade pizza isn't greasy and with this healthy kind of pizza. You can have a lot of real protein.

Flatbread crust

2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

4-5 basil leaves

1 chicken breast, grilled

Salt and pepper

Sprinkle crust with diced tomatoes, basil leaves, and real chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper; bake according to crust direction.

Dessert: strawberry cheesecake bites

The berries are super bloat blasters and they have antioxidants.

Cream cheese frosting

Graham cracker crumbs

Carefully scoop the middle out of the strawberries with a melon scooper, spoon a little bit of cream cheese frosting on the inside, then dust the tops with a few Graham crackers.

Snacks:

Spicy popcorn- cayenne pepper and hot sauce spice up air popped popcorn and boost metabolism.

Yogurt popcorn- pour yogurt on the popcorn with a flavor of your choice

Mini guacamole cups - oil in avocados helps keep bloat away. so bake wonton wrappers in a mini muffin pan and fill it with guacamole.

PB swirl sundae- the protein. In the Peanuttbutter fuels the abs. So put some yogurt in a bow, mix it with Peanuttbutter and top it with chocolate or oatmeal bar crumbs.
