Tooth brush wall,squats
Instead of standing override the sink while you are brushing your teeth, while you are brushing your teeth, stand against a wall about 2 to feet from the wall. Slowly bend your knees to slide down until you reach a seated position. Start out holding the squat position for 30 secs, (working your squat position to a minute) then, stand up, take a quick break and repeated until you are done brushing teeth. Two to three min. In total.
You should do it every time you brush your teeth. This is how you can tone your butt and legs in a,short amount of time. Remember that your back is flat against the wall and knees are positioned behind your toes.
Study in motion
When cramming for a test or doing some reading. Take your notes or textbooks to a gym and do it while walking on a treadmill or a stair climber. Try doing things 30 min. - 2 min. At a time. Two or three times a week.This can increase blood flow to your brain. So you can remember what you are reading or trying to memorizing, and don't trip.
Ride your bike to school at least three times a,week
Take a commercial break then do a mini workout.
