Know your portions
Seventeen says know your portions and you know what that means.
Pay attention to how much you are eating. A nutritionist says even healthy foods have calories so when you eat to much, you gain weight. I agree with seventeen magazine that it's important to know your portion sizes which IS found on the nutrition labels.
Serving size for cereal: one cup (two hands cupped together)
Cooked pasta: half a cup (one handful)
Fruit: the size of a tennis ball
Three ounces of meat: a,deck of cards
Please focus on how much you eat ladies.
