I walked over to Logan.
"Something's happening, come on." I said excited.
"Okay Ace. Just slow down a minute." He said, handing off his paintball gun.
We walked over to the huge rectangular pillar, with the scaffolding and ladder up the back. People were standing at the top for it just like before with black umbrellas in hand.
"This recreation wouldn't be complete if we didn't do it." I said looking at Logan.
"You're right." He said. "You sure you wanna do it?"
"Yeah. Let's go. I replied, squeezing his hand.
We made our way around to the back of the tower and started up the metal ladder. I thought back to the first time we did this together. I was so closed off to trying new things, so scared, and then Logan came into my life and showed me it was okay to let lose. I trusted him instantly and put my life in his hands pretty much when I climbed up this ladder, and now I was doing it again. But, this time I was putting my heart in his hands.
We made it to the top and I looked down. "I forgot how high this was."
"You don't have to do it Ace." Logan said, grabbing my hand.
"No I did it before. I can't do it again." I said grabbing an umbrella as the man tied a harness around my waist.
"In Omnia Paratus!" They called from below. The others around us jumped but right before Logan stepped off the edge I said, "Wait."
"Ace?" Logan said. "What is it?"
"Logan." I said letting out a breath. "I need to say something."
"Okay..." He said lowering his umbrella.
I looked down below Then back at Logan. "Twelve years ago you brought me to this event, so I could write a story worthy of the front page, above the fold. Then you told me the if I came up here with you it would be one less minute that I hadn't lived. So I trusted you, came up here, took your hand and we jumped for the first time. And then ten years ago, you asked me to jump again and I said no." I said.
"Lets not talk about that Ace." He said, pain and hurt in his eyes remembering that day.
"But, then we ran into each other in london, and realized how much better we were together. That we knew we didn't want to not be together. And now we have a beautiful little girl." I continued.
"Yes, we do." Logan replied.
"So, I wanted to bring us back here, to our first LDB event, to the top of this tower, and ask you to give me your heart, and I'll give you mine. Logan Huntzber, jump with me one more time and marry me." I finished.
Logan smiled the biggest smile I had ever seen, and before saying anything he lifted his black umbrella and then said, "You jump, I jump jack." and I lifted my umbrella and we jumped on more time.

We hit the ground and everyone cheered. Logan couldn't set the umbrella down fast enough as he took me into him arms, and smashed his lips against mine in a passionate kiss.
He finally broke away and looked at me, "I have something for you." He said and before my very eyes He pulled out a blue velvet ring box from his pocket. He opened it, and inside sat my ring that he had proposed with all those years ago. He pulled it out of the box and finally slid it onto my finger.
"Yes Rory Gilmore. I will jump with you one more time." He said and then pulled me in for one more kiss.
