We drove for what felt like hours and nobody said a word. I tried a couple more times to get answers but nothing came. Finally we turned and it sounded like we were on gravel or dirt, something other than a paved road. The car started to slow and finally we came to a stop.

"Where are we?" I asked.

The door opened and I was pulled out. Definitely dirt road. It smelled of dirt and pine all around me. Where was I? And then the bag was removed from my head and I couldn't believe what I was seeing in front of me...

Rory:

I sat in the front seat of the SUV, periodically looking back at Logan. He looked so pissed and so annoyed. We drove in silence only so Logan wouldn't figure out who was in the vehicle. Finn drove down the dark road, while Collin and Robert sat in the back.

We drove for about an hour before turning into the wood on a dirt road. Finally we came to a stop and we climbed out of the vehicle. Finn opened Logan's door and grabbed his arm pulling him out. I stood in front of him, and then Finn removed the hood.

"Rory?" Logan asked completely confused.

"Good to see you Huntzberger." I said with a smile.

"Where are we? What is this?" He asked.

"In time, Huntzberger. Come." I said undoing his wrists and taking his hand.

We walked up the hill and the reached the top.

"Ace?" Logan asked, stopping looking down at the scene below.

At the bottom of the hill was a recreation of the first Life and Death Brigade Logan had brought me to. Their was a large group of friends that included Finn, Collin, Robert Stephanie, past life and death brigade members, and new friends of Logan's from the past couple years. Tent's were spread through the woods between the trees and long tables were covered in cream colored table cloths. Candles were spread in clusters down the center of the tables, and covered in platters and larges bowls overflowing with food.

"What does it look like?" I asked back, smiling at him.

"It looks like the LDB event that I brought you to all those years ago." He said starting to smile.

"Well, how about we just stop thinking for a while, and just have fun." I said, starting to pull him down the hill.

"Sounds good."

We partied all night long. The food never ran out and the champagne continued to flow, until eventually the crowd started to make their way to their own tents. The oil lamps light slowly started to dim and the candles started to burn out.

"Well Gents. I have a lovely redhead waiting for me. So if you'll excuse me." Finn said, as he walked off and ducked into a tent.

"A thousand says it's the wrong tent." Robert said to Collin.

"You're on." Collin replied.

"Well I think we sound be headed off to our own sleeping arrangements." I said standing.

"May I walk you to your tent, my lady?" Logan said, standing.

"Why thank you kind sir." I said with a giggle, letting him lead the way to my tent. "Now, if you remember, these only slept one."

"Yes, I do remember that." Logan replied. "So I shall be a Gentleman and leave you to your sleep and go find my own, and I will see you in the morning Ace." He finished, cupping my face in his hands and he leaned in kissing me deeply. I melted into him and deepened our kiss ever so slightly before breaking away.

"See you in the morning." I said, and then started to make my way into the small tent.

"Hey Ace?" Logan said, stopping me before I was all the way inside.

"Yeah." I said, stopping.

"This was amazing." He said smiling.

I smiled back and then continued inside and sat on the cot, listening to him walk away, "Just wait until tomorrow." I said into the empty tent with a smile before laying down and going to sleep.

Logan:

I walked across the open space to the tent on the other side. I couldn't believe all of this, I couldn't remember the last time an event of this scale had happened, and to think earlier today I had been coming home to Rory and then thinking I was being taken hostage. Then horrible pain I had thinking I would never see my Ace or my beautiful daughter again.

I walked into my tent and sat on the cot, turning up the oil lamp just enough to have some light. I pilled the velvet box out of my pocket and lifted the lid, looking at Rory's ring. I was probably pathetic for always carrying it around with me, but whatever. Even in the dim light it shined beautifully. Maybe someday I'd actually get it on her finger. Actually make her my wife, and until then I would keep it with me. I closed the box and slid it back into my pocket.

Across from me hung a black garment bag. I stood and unzipped it, revealing a black tux.

"I guess the festivities aren't over yet." I said into the empty space. The In zipped it back up, turned down the lamp and fell into a deep sleep.

Rory:

I woke then following morning and used the small water sink to wash my face. Then I unzipped my garment bag that was hanging up and pulled out my dress. It was a perfect copy of the blue dress Logan had provided from me the first time around. However, with haven't a kid I did have to have a new one made.

I dressed and then headed out. Logan was waiting for me outside the tent in a black tuxedo that had been provided for him.

"Well, did I fall back in time or what?" He said, looking me over.

"Good morning to you to." I replied.

"You look just as beautiful as you did all those years ago Ace." Logan reaching his hand out.

"Thanks. You don't look to bad yourself." I said. "Now we have to go, or we'll be late."

"Then let's go." He said.

We hurried to the group of people in the large field who were being spoken to and as we arrived we were each handed a glass of champagne. As the speaker finished we toasted and then the festivities continued. The day was filled with more food and more champagne. I however, limited the amount I took. I needed to be alert for what was coming.

"Everything's ready love." Finn said pulling me aside.

"Thank you Finn." I said, giving him a quick kiss on the check. "What would I do without you?"

"Well I think you still could have pulled it off. Now it's up to you." He said with a smile. "Good luck love."

"Thanks." I said again.

"Oh, and if he says no, I'm next in line." He said with a laugh before walking off.

I smiled, watching him walk away. It was time.
