A/n: another attempt at a trans imagine ☺ y/n is transitioning from a girl to a boy & is Lauren's sibling ☺

"Welcome home!" You heard your family exclaim from downstairs, as your sister had returned from tour.

You heard the commotion from your bedroom and smiled softly hearing Lauren's voice. As much you had missed her, you would wait to see her once it had quietened down.

You suffered from severe anxiety, and loudness really triggered you to feel panicked. Therefore, you returned to writing in your journal.

Lauren had been on tour in Europe for a few months and a lot of things had changed since she had left. For example, Chris had moved out into his own apartment, Taylor had got a new boyfriend and the house had been decorated.

Oh, and when Lauren had left, you were her sister and now you were going to be her brother. Yeah, pretty big change.

As your thoughts were occupied with how you were going to reveal the new change, you heard your mothers voice.

"Hey sweetie, Lauren's home" Clara announced with a loving smile.

Luckily your parents, Clara and Mike, had always been supportive. Therefore, when you told them that you didnt feel happy or comfortable with your gender, they told you that everything was going to be okay.

The past couple of months had been turbulent, your siblings were adjusting to your decision and were also 100% supportive. Taylor had even helped you to cut your hair and Chris kindly gave you some of his clothes.

You were becoming happier and more comfortable with yourself each and everyday. Getting over every 'hurdle' so to speak.

The day before you had come out to your friends and they assured that they were also supportive. So, the last person you were coming out to was your big sister. It wasn't that you intended to leave her till last, however she was busy with tour and you wanted to tell her in person.

"Little sis!" Lauren greeted with a huge grin.

You inwardly cringed at the use of the female pronoun, but she wasn't to blame, she didn't know.

You continued to walk down the stairway, then ran into her waiting arms. "I missed you Lo!"

"I missed you too y/n." She whispered and you cringed again, looking to your mom over the singers shoulder.

Your name was no longer y/n, you had chosen your name to be Jackson. So, your parents gave a sympathetic smile and you realised that you needed to tell Lauren sooner rather than later.
