I try to dress in something my dad would hate most. I just want to show my so called "family" that I hate them all and I'd rather die than have that Demon in our "family". So I dress in a tube top that is way to tight and shows too much and a miniskirt with hardly any cloth still intact. That will show them. Just then She-devil, herself, barges into my room, (without even knocking may I add)!
"What are you wearing? It makes you look like a fat whale," she looks at me in disgust.
"Well, I didn't ask for YOUR opinion did I? Why are you here anyways? I thought you would be sweet talking my father by now, to get that new handbag? How much was it again? Oh yeah, 300 DOLLERS!? Oh, but don't worry! He will get you ANYTHING you want. I bet you'll even talk him into starting to look for engagement rings, right?" I look back at her with an equal emount of disgust. God, I HATE HER!
"Oh you little brat! I can't wait to tell your father what you just said to me! Lets just muster up some tears, shall we?" she begins to fake cry and then closes the door and calls my dad.
I can just hear them outside my door.
"I...I don't know what got into her. I just told her I didn't approve of what she was wearing because it was too showy, and she started saying things like 'who asked for your opinion?' and 'shouldn't you be sweet talking your father into that handbag you wanted?' which I was going to buy her!" With that I get sooo mad. She was going to buy it for me!? God, she's such a liar! My dad is totally blind! Though it's not like he cares about me anyways. After mom died all he likes is work and my goody-two-shoes brother! I start listening again just to see how manipulative shes feeling today.
"-she said I could talk you into getting an engagement ring! Of course I would love to get married, but I would NEVER force you!" She wails. Wow, she must feel pretty manipulative today.
"Oh, Margo my dear. Don't worry, I will talk to her. As for you, why don't you go downstairs and help Connar set up for the delicious smelling dinner you so kindly prepared for us?" My father says. Ugh, he's so nice to her. I almost want to gag.
My father bursts through the door. Again, didn't even bother to knock, I mean seriously?!
"How could you talk to Margo like that? She was just trying to be a good mother figure!" My father yells.
"Mother figure?! MOTHER FIGURE?! Margo is a DEMON! D. E. M. O. N. She is NOT my mother! Not now, not EVER! You may marry her, but I will still hate her! You are just so blind! I can't believe you!" I'm so frustrated. He thinks she's being a mother figure!? It's unbelievable!
"You know what? I can't believe how you could be so inconsiderate! She's been so nice to you! At first I thought you didn't want to accept her because of your mother, but now you are just being downright rude! You know, if you could just be more like your brother, things would be a lot easier around here!" That's it, my brother was the LAST straw!
"SHE ISN'T NICE! SHE CALLED ME A FAT WHALE! I'M NOT LIKE CONNAR, I WILL NEVER BE LIKE CONNAR! I HATE YOU, I HATE THIS SO CALLED "FAMILY" AND I HATE MY LIFE! YOU HAVEN'T EVEN REMEMBERED MY BIRTHDAY! OH AND ONE MORE THING. I'M NOT GOING TO THIS "FAMILY" DINNER. IT'S NOT EVEN WITH MY REAL FAMILY! NOW GET OUT OF MY ROOM! I HATE YOU!" I run up to him and shove him out the door. I slam it in his face and then lock it. Ugh, I can't believe him! I pack some clothes and other essentials, jump out the window, and run to Spencer's house, balling my eyes out.
