Nightmare

The third picture is of me smiling. I didn't even know he took that picture.

"Why did you take a picture of me?" I ask him.

"I was capturing beauty at its best."

I need to kiss him. Now. So I did I cupped his face with my hand and kissed him passionately, and to my surprise he kissed back. We stayed there for a while and I had butterfly's in my stomach, actually screw butterfly's I had the whole zoo in my stomach. Unfortunately Caelum just HAD to pull away.

"We should probably go to bed." He says smiling.

"Yea ok" I say and we both head upstairs. He kisses me and we say our good nights and then both go to bed.

That night I woke up to a nightmare. It wasn't one with the two men it was just a bad dream about war and blood and I ended up waking up crying and in a cold sweat. I couldn't shake the feeling of the dream. I've never been scared of the dark but looking into the shadows made me think some sort of murderer would come out and kill me. So I did what any girl would do. I went to Caelums room. I knocked a little and opened the door up a crack.

"Caelum?" I ask quietly.

"Scarlet? Are you ok?" He asks in his groggy voice. Which may I add is like the sexiest thing I've ever heard in my life. I just slowly go into my room and stop in the middle.

"I had a really bad dream." I say almost crying. Involuntary may I add. I his hair is sticking out in all different directions and he has a sleepy look in his face, lets just he looks adorable. After a few seconds he just pats the bed next to him.

"Here sleep with me tonight." He says and I climb in next to him. He wraps his arm around me pulls me close and kisses my head. I snuggle into his warm body and smell his scent. I don't know why but i felt really safe with him, like I could do anything or say anything and he would still lo-like me, he would like me. Soon after we both drift off to sleep.

"You know what I just noticed." I sate while taking a spoonful of my cereal and shoving it in my mouth.

"What?"

"That we have missed like a week of school and no one has contacted us." I say.

"Yea don't worry we will go back after the big fight between us and those guys." Caelum says confidently.

"Ok anyways we'd better get to training." I say putting my dish in the dish washer.

"Yea. We should." We both grab our coats and walk out the door.

When we get there I greet Robert and we both walk into the room he first showed us.

"Ok so I don't know when your second power will start to work, but we need to start working we only have a week, so for now we are going to learn basic combat. Each of you go to a punching dummy and starts working." He says. No not says he orders.

After about 2 hours of working we finally got to go home and I was exhausted. At least he taught us something. We learned how to punch, kick, and block properly as well as learn to aim our heat/freeze vision.

We got home and me and Caelum decide to sit and watch a movie. I wanted the hunger games 2: catching fire and he wanted The hobbit: The desolation of smaug, so obviously we went with Catching Fire. We both say on the couch and he put his arms around me. I snuggled in closer and the movie began to start.

"Thank you, for what you did last night. It was really nice of you." I say. I felt as if I needed to tell him that, I don't really know why I just did.

"Your welcome. It was no problem, really. And just between you and me, I think I actually slept better." He says with a smile on his face.

After the movie ended me and Caelum both walked to our rooms, said our good nights and then went to bed. Yup, I'm defiantly in love with him, and all his little things.

Ahh one direction reference, sorry I just had too. Anyways so me and Kaitie are going to be doing a chapter a day until the end of the book...so yay!
