Waking up thinking "The boy I love could be thinking about me right now." Is the best feeling ever. Waking up thinking "The boy I love only THINKS he LIKES me." Is a slap in the face. Regardless, I live with him and I will see him all day so I might as well get dressed and give him something to love.
I put on a poka-dot tank top with a see through blouse and black jeans. To think, back when I was living with my dad I only wore all black and swore a lot. I don't like the new me any more than I like the old me. I'm still Scarlet Eve Thorne and I am proud of it.
"Good morning, Caelum!" I exclaim as I hug him.
"Morning, Scar. You want to go take a walk with me? I was going to start taking pictures of nature." I smile and nod. He goes and gets his camera while I wait at the front door. I might as well check my phone since I haven't in a while. I got six texts from Spencer.
'y werent u @ skool?'
'plz talk 2 me'
'y r u avoiding me?'
'txt me back when u can'
'i miss u'
'i luv u plz come bak'
I turn my phone off and throw it on the couch. I can't text him back. It will give him false hope because I love Caelum.
"Okay, I'm ready." Caelum says as he approaches me.
Every so often he will stop to take a picture of the pink cherry blossoms or of baby birds in nests. He looks so at peace. I've never seen him like this. I almost forgot he was a photographer. He told me like the first time we ever hung out.
I keep wanting him to hold me hand like he did that one time in the library. Or wrap his arm around me and hold me close to him. Most of all I want him to kiss me like he did at school or like he did yesterday. I just want him.

"Hello, Robert." I greet. I'm usually the only one. Robert and Caelum usually just nod to each other. Boys. Guess you can't really do anything about it.
"Today we are going to help Caelum master laser beams because I don't know when your second power will develop, Scarlet." I'm kind of sad when he says that. I really wanted to learn but I guess I can't really do anything about it.
It takes up most of our training time, but Caelum finally masters it. Unfortunately, my second power doesn't come. I'n really excited for it though.
"Before you guys leave, I need to warn you about something. If you ever have a weird dream that doesn't make any sense or is really scary, it's because you are having a vision. You have to tell me exactly what happened because it means that it actually did happen somewhere in the world." My eyes widen.
"I have had that already..."
"What was it about!?" Robert asks.
"A week ago I had a dream about these two people and they said they were coming in two weeks...which means one week is left..."
"Crap...both of you go home. Tomorrow we start training at 11am. Extra training from bow on. We must be prepared."

"Scar, before we go to sleep, do you want to take a look at some of the photos I took today?"
"Sure!" I go and pop some popcorn while Caelum is setting up the projector. I love living with a rich boy.
This first picture is of a light brown baby squirrel munching on a nut. I love that squirrel so much. I just can't even.
The second picture is blurry so Caelum deletes it.
The third picture is of me smiling. I didn't even know he took that picture.
"Why did you take a picture of me?" I ask him.
"I was capturing beauty at it's best."
I need to kiss him. Now.

Hey guys, the most frustrating thing ever just occurred. I had a really long chapter all ready for you guys and it took me a really long time to write. I was so excited for you guys to read it but then something horrible happened. I FREAKING DELETED IT BY ACCIDENT! So I had to recreate it at my best and I know I skipped a few parts because I just didn't feel like writing it the exact same way. So I am sosossosososo sorry about that. Anyway, on a happier note...STARTING SOMETIME THIS WEEK JASMINE AND I ARE GOING TO BE UPLOADING A CHAPTER EVERY DAY UNTIL THE BOOK ENDS! So we have many surprises in store. ;)
