Awkward

"CAELEM WHAT THE F*** JUST HAPPEND?!" I yell.

"I...I dont know" Caelum replies

"so...you have it too?..." I whisper under my breath half to him half to myself. He must not have heard me, or just was ignoring the fact that I had spoken because he was staring at me like I WAS THE CRAZY ONE! I mean he has id too, whatever IT was...just then I realize caelem is still driving

"CAELUM WATCH OUT!" I yell.

"WHAT?!" he yells back.

"well sorry you were just about to hit someone" I say defensively.

"how about we talk about this when we get to your house" i say if hes going to be distracted by talking, then id rather be safe and dying to talk than dead and we'd never talk.

"Ok...sounds good to me" he says the drive to his house was awkward even more awkward than regular caelem awkward, and thats saying a lot. But we were here finally at his huge house that could have been mistaken as a mansion.

"So you little live here?" I ask trying to take everything in, the huge rooms, the expensive furniture, the expert style, just everything.

"Yea...ok but I think we have more pressing things to talk about" he states leading me to his room.

"So...when have you noticed these um...powers?" I ask once we get up to his room. Great now even im being awkward.

"My 15th birthday you?" He asks

"Same..." I say.

"I think I kind of have this figured out...or atleast some of it..." he says. Of course he does though he knows EVERYTHING.

"Ok, go on smarty pants" I say. He is definitely smart....

"well have you noticed we are like polar opposites? Well maybe thats why these..powers are opposites" he explains.

"oh like fire and water!" I say excitedly.

"EXACTLY! because I freeze things and you obviously melt things..." He says.

"ok genius I got that...but what does it all mean?" I ask.

"I dont know. Thats what we need to figure out..."
