You say you care
but your never there
you say you'll be there
but that would mean you actually care
I'm tired of you lying and saying you care
I'm tired of crying because you werent there
so its time I say goodbye to you
its the right thing to do
if our friendship is meant to be
one day it might be, you see
but maybe its the time to let you go
before I have to sink so low
I'm not going to beg you to stay
I'll remember you from the first day
the day we first spoke
the day I finally broke
and started letting you in
when my emotions I had thrown in the bin
started to come out
and made me learn about
how I truly feel
that made my heart ready for the steal
that only made life more real
you taught me how to feel
you taught me how to love
which is one thing that I thought was above
I didnt think I'd ever be able to do
but I can now and that's thanks to you
but as soon as I tell you
you want nothing to do
you helped me so much
but now its difficult to get in touch
I miss you
and thats something I wish I didn't have to
but maybe its time I say goodbye to you
and maybe thats something I have to do
if we are meant to be in eachothers lives
we will find our way back into eachothers lives
if its meant to be
then thats something we will have to wait and see
its time to move on
because life goes on
I'm sorry to say
maybe its time to call it a day
I really wish I could stay
but I cant stay caught up in yesterday
