I hope

I now realise how badly I need help,

so I finally let out a yelp

your going to get me help you say,

I know I'll be more thankful one day

I did ask for this I know,

the words were difficult to let flow

it was difficult to ask,

asking was a very difficult task

no one can end this but myself,

but they will help my mental health

I hope they can help me,

I hope they can help me turn into a better version of me

this is for the best,

so hopefully I can help the rest

I'll hopefully be better one day,

maybe one day I'll want to stay

I took the first step towards getting help,

even if it did come out as a yelp

I hope one day I can be someone you want to see,

someone you wished I would be,

a better version of me

I hope you can one day think this of me,

I hope I can make you proud to know me
