Hello WaffleBunnies!!!!
It's been way too long since I've posted something and I've been busy.
You might say that, life got in the way. I've been doing college apps (btw, I got in to my top choice!!!) and I've been doing theater and other stuff like that. But that hasn't stopped me from writing.
And as some of you will be happy to know, I'm putting up a new story!
I've been working on this one for a really long time (almost as long as I worked on Double Bender, which is about two years) and I started it right after I finished Double Bender.
Speaking of Double Bender, even in my hiatus, the book has been doing remarkably well and I can't believe how many people have read, liked, and added my story to their reading lists. I'm so happy that people like a book that I consider my first real work (despite the fact that it's a fan fiction).
Now, as for this new story, you might call it the Ultimate Fan Fiction. The majority of the characters are from different stories, but the story itself is mine.
It stars Elizabeth and Catherine. Elizabeth is the textbook definition of a nerd, she loves to read and watch movies ad TV shows that a lot of people would consider "lame", and since middle school is merciless, she doesn't have very many friends. Catherine on the other hand is super popular...and a total B***h. She's been bullying Elizabeth for years. But everything that was considered "normal" was completely tossed out the window when both Elizabeth and Catherine somehow find themselves in a place called the world of the created, a place made up entirely of fictional people from different franchises (excluding a few that I know nothing about). The fictional people need Elizabeth and Catherine to help them stop a threat not just against them, but against creativity in general.
I've been working on this for a few years now and I just finished it last year. I've been debating on whether or not I should put it up. But after some consideration, I feel like I should. There's something in it for everyone; Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Doctor Who, Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons, Star Wars, and a whole lot more (at the risk of sounding cliché). I'll be posting the first part within the next two weeks.
