Abby's POV
After the shower I felt a little better. I drank another bottle of water and cursed myself for being so useless. I was literally just sitting here feeling shit whilst an insanely amazing party was on downstairs. I went on my phone for a while and photo's were already being posted on Insta of how awesome the party was downstairs. How pathetic, my only way of seeing it was through my phone.
There was a knock on the door.
"Matt?"
"No it's Mikayla, Matt had the key can I come in Abby?"
I got up and unlocked the door as soon as it opened Mikayla launched herself onto me. "Look your dress is all good again I got all the stains out and it took no time inside the dryer. So how you feeling?"
I shrugged. "Ok now I guess."
"Do you think you can come down I have a surprise for Matt and I could really use some support."
I felt crap but so much better then I had been a few hours ago, so I nodded. Mikayla then quickly handed me my dress and she helped with my hair and make up.
I have her a hug. "Thank you."
"For what?" She asked.
"For actually being a decent person. A person who'd never hurt or desert you and love you unconditionally even when you act like a loser."
"Abbey." She pulled me in tight almost hugging the life out of me. "Stop saying such shit. You're no loser your Abby McLean and you are the Queen B of the school so let's shake your hot little arse and come downstairs. But please, no more alcohol. Ok!"
I nodded. "I promise." I kissed Mikayla on the top of her head. "I'm lucky to have you."
"I think I'm the lucky one. You never judged me once when I told you I had feelings for a girl and you helped me through so many waves of confusion. Whoever hurt you in your life just doesn't deserve to be in your amazing presence. Now let's get outta here."
Mikayla grabbed me hand and we walked downstairs. As I stepped onto the floorboards Matt came over to me.
"Abby, how are you feeling?" He asked.
"Much better. I just want to thank you for how kind you've been to me. It means so much to know I actually have decent people in my life that really sincerely care."
"Babe, we gotcha back. We so care, but listen no more alcohol tonight. You've reached your quota already Miss. I know you're staying over tonight so please I don't need to find vomit inside my bed."
"You never know what you may find in your bed Mattypoo." I winked flirty at dthe boy.
Hahaha. "Touché, well if it's you as long as there's no vomit you'd always be invited to stay." He winked back. "I'd never kick you outta my bed."
"Unless vomit was added into the equation."
"Depends...."
Just as our flirting was taking on a new level Mikayla got on the mic interrupting the party.
