Mrs. Ross POV

After Jocelyn ditched us at the party.   I walked upon my husband with his wannabe son-in-law.   I overheard some things that I will not agree to. Thank goodness Jocelyn was able to slip away from the party  from dumb and dumber. I decided to get a little payback. While my husband and wannabe son-in-law, were now downstairs getting drunk and planning on a way to keep Jocelyn and Domnic apart, I called my father and explained everything that had happened and what dumb and dumber  were planning.   Dad told me to grab what I needed and come home, now.    I pulled out the bag that Domnic told me to prepare a while back that was in the very back of my closet, slipped out the back door unnoticed, and headed to my fathers house.

By the time I made it to my dad's place, I noticed that it was late and that my husband should be heading for bed.   When I was getting settled in, in my old room, he hadn't thought about calling me.   I guess that I should take that as a sign that he never truly loved me.   He still wanted his first love.   I will talk to Anna tomorrow to see if she would consider being my divorce lawyer.   I see that my daughter has become too much like me and just accepted the abuse that a husband could and would give when she is too tired to fight.   But the cycle stops now.   I will show my daughter that what she has with Domnic is true love and it is worth fighting for.   And she better fight to keep what she has with him.   To hell with her father and ex husband.   They never deserved the women that they had in their lives.

I woke up to the smell of breakfast and Dad had called me downstairs.   On my way down, my phone had rung, I looked at the clock and noticed that it was actually brunch instead of breakfast.   For some reason I thought that my husband was calling for me to come home so that he could apologize and we could get back on track but that hope died when I noticed  that it was Star calling me instead.  Answering the call before it went to voice mail answering,  "Hello?"    Mrs. Ross, it's time.   Mac said to bring your father and the bag that Domnic asked you to prepare to the Sanders building.   Domnic is marrying her today at 6pm.   Remember that only the ones that was in the meeting and your father will be attending.   This marriage has to stay between us until Marcus has been arrested.   I think that Domnic found out that Jocelyn was leaving and he wants to keep her here by any means necessary." she said, sounding a little excited.   After I finished the call with Star, I asked my father if he would be able to get the legal papers since it was a Saturday and ready in time to marry his Gran-daughter to the love of her life.   He made a few phone calls and told me that he will meet me at the office building later.

By the time I made it to the office building, everyone was already there with what was planned for this impromptu surprise wedding. The main person that I was looking for was there as well. Leave it to my father to always be there when his girls are in need. "Hi Dad. Were you able to get what I asked for?" I asked, knowing that he always came through. "Yes dear. And while I was there I got these for you too." He said as he handed me a set of divorce papers with love in his eyes. I quickly gave him a hug as we all began to make this rooftop look like a dream.

Everybody was busy getting this wedding together.   Star thinks that Domnic found out about Jocelyn leaving.   If that's the case, I see why he is staking his claim now.   I'd do the same if I was in a situation with the lovely Anna.   She and I talked mostly all night at the party after Domnic helped me throw up all that shit that Alex put in the drink thinking that I was Domnic.   That bitch wont ever quit will she.   I guess she will once she sees the video of th wedding right after we catch Marcus and get him arrested.
