I got angry when Alfie said he was going to edit and just simply left the room so that we didn't have to fight anymore. It bothered me so much that we were fighting a lot and I just thought it would be best if I left the situation alone.
I went into the backroom and decided to call Marcus and see if he wanted to come over and film. I knew it was such short notice but we hadn't hung out in a while and he had been saying he wanted to film with me. Maybe Alfie, Marcus, and I could even do a video with all three of us.
When I called Marcus I was happy to hear that he was more than glad to drive down to Bath and come film. He even told me that he was already close so he could be at my house in about half an hour which pleased quite a lot.
I said goodbye to him and just sat in the back room waiting for the knock at the door which meant he was here. I spun around in the chair a few times and listened to the sound of Alfie clicking around on the computer in my room.
After about 35 minutes of me making myself utterly dizzy there was a knock at the door and I jolted up rushing out of the room and towards the door. Alfie also got up from his spot on my bed and started walking towards the door, but I told him I would get it.
I think we just needed a little break from each other to cool off and for me to realise how stupid I had been. That was always the way it happened in our little, small arguements. After about an hour or so either Alfie or I realised how unreasonable we were being and we kissed and made up. Everything led back to our kisses.
I walked to the door and answered it to find Marcus, dripping wet from the pouring rain outside.
"Oh come in," I said pulling him inside and into the back room where I knew we could find a towel to dry him. "Was the drive terrible?" I asked him as I handed him an old, rugged blue towel.
"It wasn't too bad. The rain didn't start until about half way through," he said with a smile as he took the towel and started to dry himself. It was raining so much that Marcus had gotten soaked just by walking from his car to my house.
I loved the rain though so I didn't mind.
"So what kind of video did you want to film?" I asked sitting down in the chair and starting to spin again.
"I was thinking we could do the blindfolded makeup challenge again, that was really fun when we did it last year," Marcus said with a smile and a slight chuckle.
"Sounds like a plan. I'll go get my makeup," I said with a grin leaving the room briefly and walking into my bedroom where Alfie was sitting on the bed with his headphones in. "Hey," I said softly as I walked to my bureau to get out my makeup bag.
"Hey, I love you," he said carefully taking out one of his headphones.
"I love you too," I said with a grin and I knew that we had forgiven each other. Everything was right yet again.
