Finishing up the washing up from breakfast, I drain the sink and quickly wash my hands. Grabbing the book off of the counter, I walk over towards the library where Bobby sits reading a crime novel.
"Enjoying it Bobby?" I ask as I settle down into the arm chair, propping my feet up on the ottoman.
He looks up from me to the book and gives his old shoulders a shrug, "Ehh, it's nothing riveting. What about you?"
I hold up my What To Expect When You're Expecting book and give him a sarcastic smile, "Completely riveting learning about how messed up my body is going to be at the end of this."
"They do say pregnancy is a wonderful time." Bobby says and I scoff, "Men say that because they don't have to deal with the rapid mood swings, constant exhaustion and morning sickness."
"Yeah, but you're gonna get a pretty cute kid out of it at the end. I think that's the wonderful part." He says, a smile coming to his lips.
I give a small nod and rest a hand on my tummy, a warm smile coming to my lips, "Yeah."
"You and Dean thought about what you're gonna do when he or she comes along?" He questions and I shake my head, letting out a sigh, "I think for now we've got enough on our plate to think and worry about. I'm not very far along, we have awhile before we really have to start thinking about it all."
"It's probably best to start thinking about it now, getting prepared." He states, concern and wisdom coming out.
"Don't worry Bobby, we will. For now we just got to deal with what's on our plates." I say, glancing upwards to where Sam takes a shower.
"Hmm." He grumbles in agreement.
The sound of the front door opening draws my attention and soon footsteps walk into the room, Dean walking in looking slightly agitated. My eyebrows knit together as I look up at him, "Hey, where've you been? We already had breakfast, but I can make you some if you like?"
"No, that's fine baby." He says, coming to my side and leaning down to place a kiss on my head.
"Where've you been?" Bobby asks, putting his book down beside him.
"I uh, kind of need to talk to you all about that. Where's Sam?" He asks, looking around the room.
"What's up?" Sam asks, walking into the room from the hallway.
Dean turns to him, "I just found a way to get your soul back."
"What? How?" I ask, rising to my feet with the book still in my hand.
"I went to meet with a guy named Doctor Robert-" Dean begins to explain when Bobby interjects, "That old quack job. Why the hell would you want to go see him?"
"He helped me get a meeting with the person I really wanted to talk to, a person that's going to help us with this whole situation. Death." He explains.
I narrow my eyes and look at him, an odd feeling settling in my stomach, "What did you do?"
"I just wanted to talk to him, see if he could help me save Sam's soul." He states and Sam's jaw tightens angrily as he looks at his brother, "Dean."
