The smell of dust and dampness reaches my nose and I screw it up, taking in our abode for the night. We're still in southern Chicago, Charlie only having gotten on the bus later this afternoon. Dean and Sam decided that we would hold up here for the night, knowing it's too far to travel back to the cabin now. Dean dumps the sleeping bags and duffels off in the corner while Sam places the suitcase containing the clay heap on a table.

I rest my hand on my very low hanging stomach and look around, wishing I could just sleep in a bed tonight. They begin to set everything up, getting ready to break open the clay. I take a seat on the cooler as they go, so exhausted and sore. I rest my head in my hands and my eyes droop closed, wanting nothing more than to have a good sleep.

The sound of a suitcase opening draws my attention and I look over lazily, seeing Sam pull the hunk of clay out of the suitcase. Dean walks over to Sam's side with a toolbox, placing it down on the table beside him.

"That's a lot of fuss over a caveman Lego." Dean murmurs, looking towards the clay.

"Yeah. Well, whatever Dick wants is bricked up inside that." Sam says, putting on some safety glasses.

I let out a yawn as Dean does the same, grabbing a hammer out of the toolbox. He eyes the hunk of clay for a moment before murmuring, "All right."

He lines the hammer up and brings his arm down, it cracking the surface. A loud crash of thunder erupts from outside at the same time a pain radiates around my pelvis.

"Woah." I whisper, my hands cradling my stomach.

I furrow my eyebrows as I look at my belly, my body going on high alert. I hear the sound of the hammer hitting again and another pain rolls through me, the thunder and lightening rolling in from outside.

"Ah!" I hiss, the noise from outside drowning me out.

"That sound like somebody saying, 'No, wait, stop' to you?" I hear Dean ask and Sam replies, "Uh, yeah. Yeah."

"Yeah..." Dean trails off, "Oh well."

Dean continues to hit at the hammer repeatedly and I immediately know what's happening with each pain. I grit my teeth and let out a groan as I hear the clay break away. I push myself to my feet slowly, it taking a lot of strength as the weather goes wild outside. The hammering stops and Sam and Dean, begin murmuring to one another.

"Dean?" I call out.

"Just a second baby." He says, not looking back. I cry out and bend over, bracing my hands on my knees and squeezing my eyes shut.

"Whoa, Addy!" I hear Sam call out.

They both rush to my sides and I feel Dean speak to me, "What's wrong? Are you okay?"

"It's happening." I say, leaning into him for support.

Dean's eyes widen significantly and Sam looks just as shocked, "What, now?!"

I feel a popping sensation inside me and the feel of liquid dripping down my leg, soaking into my jeans. I let out a breathy laugh and look to him, "Yeah... I think it's happening now."

An agonising wave of pain flows through me and I scream out, throwing my head back. My hair is matted to my sweaty forehead and I am in so much unbelievable pain.
