Chapter 37

Sam was crying when we got to her. She was near a roller coaster and a group of medical staff were around the area.
     "What is going on?" I asked while I hugged her for comfort.
     "He, he, he, fell,"she wailed, pointing towards the medical workers.
     "Fell? Like from the ride? Cam?"
       "Yea."
      Shawn was over by the group of medical workers and I could see him crying. Cam was one of his best friends. I left Sam with Eva and walked to Shawn.
     "Hey, come here," I said grabbing him as he fell limo to the ground crying.
    "Nooooo!" He wailed.
    "He's going to be okay sir," a lady in scrubs said to us.
     "He's not moving, that's not okay," Shawn snapped.
     I hugged him to me closer to comfort him as well.
     "Sorry about him," I mumbled to the worker while hugging Shawn. She nodded and told me she understood. Nash and Hayes came over after they were done at the scene. Thy told me they had Shawn and if I wanted to go check on Sam I could.
I decided to go check on Sam but before that I went to where Cameron was lying unconscious. I started to bawl as well. He was what got Shawn to ask me out. I didn't want him to be gone even if I'd only known him not even a month. I went to Sam after I calmed down and we sat down on a nearby bench. We sat there both crying as the same lady came up to us.
"We're going to the hospital now, you can go in the ambulance if you like, only two though."
"Sam you go and take Shawn with you."
"Okay," she meekly replied and got up and went with the kind lady.
I walked up to a man who I saw working on Cam and I asked what was going on.
He told me that Cam didn't fall from too high but high enough. Cameron had hit his head and broke a couple bones. That was all he could tell me.
