I'm in such a good mood so I'll update for you. Here you go, guys! :D

It's been 3 days since I've been helping Dawn plan for the wedding. On the first day of planning, we went to the bakery to help pick out a cake. She wanted something not too big and not too small. Eventually, we found the perfect cake and bought it for the wedding.

The day after that was when we'd find a place to hold the wedding. She decided on Floaroma Town since it has such a lovely scenery and the flowers that flew in the wind made everything beautiful. We already had people setting up everything.

Today, we were looking for her wedding dress. She wanted a dress that she could breath and eat in and it had to be something that was comfortable for her as well that way she'd move around easily.  I helped her rummaged through a few dresses before finding the one that actually matched her.

"So, Ash? What do you think? This is the one, right?" She asked me nervously

"So, Ash? What do you think? This is the one, right?" She asked me nervously. She was absolutely breathtaking that I couldn't say anything. I actually wanted to cry because this was probably the dress that I wanted to see her in when she walks down the aisle... on our wedding. I choked back any tears that would come out and spoke.

"That's definitely the dress, Dawn. Kenny's gonna love it." I said trying to choke back a few tears. She smiled at me and went back in the dressing room to change back into her regular clothes. She then came out holding the dress and walking towards the counter to purchase it. As the sales clerk took her card, she eyed both me and Dawn and asked, "isn't it bad luck for the groom to see the bride before their wedding?" Dawn and I blushed, "no no! He's not my fiancé, he's just helping me plan for my wedding." Dawn chuckled.

The sales clerk chuckled and gave Dawn her card as well as the dress. We thanked her and made our way out the store and into the car. We were now going to pick out the flowers for the wedding. As soon as we got to the flower shop, we got down and walked in taking in the scent of all the flowers in the shop. "Look at all the beautiful flowers." Dawn smiled walking around the store.

"Dawn?" I turned around to see who called her name to see that it was none other than... Kenny.

"Kenny? What are you doing here?" Dawn asked.

"I came to see how you were doing. Your mom told me you were picking out your dress and flowers today." He said then looked over at me not saying a word. "Anyway, thought I'd help you pick out flowers." He said walking up to her and taking her hand and walking towards some pink roses.

Kenny picked up one and handed it to her. "I know pink is your favorite color, Dawn. So--"

"It's navy blue." I said.

"Excuse me?" Kenny asked.

"Her favorite shade is navy blue. If you really knew Dawn, you'd know that." I said. Kenny glared at me and continued picking out flowers with Dawn while I watched them.

Dawn's POV

"Her favorite shade is navy blue. If you really knew Dawn, you'd know that." Ash said. I noticed Kenny glaring at him as he continued to help me pick out flowers for the wedding. My favorite color was navy blue and I only told Ash about it once when we were journeying together. I'm surprised he still remembers.

After picking out the flowers, we all walked out the store and went towards our cars. "Come on, Dawn. How about we push all plans aside and grab some dinner?" Kenny asked. I looked back at Ash then smiled at Kenny, "no thanks, Kenny. Maybe some other time." I said. "Oh, well, okay. I'll see you later Dawn." He said getting into his car and leaving.

"Why'd you reject his offer? Didn't you wanna have dinner with him?" Ash asked me.

I shook my head and smiled at him, "I'll be spending my life with him so there will be many other dinners."

I got into the car with Ash and drove home. We got down the car and made our way into my house to see my mom making dinner. "Hey guys, just in time. Dinner's ready so come and eat!" My mom smiled setting the food down on the table.

"Thanks, mom."

"Yeah, thanks Johanna."

"It's no problem at all."

We all sat around the table eating dinner and chatting about the wedding that would be happening in a few days. Once we were done eating, we put our dishes away and headed up towards Dawn's bedroom.

"Thanks for helping me out today, Ash." Dawn smiled.

"No problem, Dawn." I said.

She sighed as she sat down on her couch and looked out the window. She was troubled about something and I bet it was Kenny. I walked up to her and sat next to her on the couch. "Thinking about Kenny?"

She looked at me then looked back out the window. "Yeah, it's just.. this whole marriage thing.. I wanted to be able to settle down after I got married but Kenny decided to keep on working. That's not how I wanted my life to turn out." She said sadly. I watched as she looked out the window sadly, not saying a word. Dawn was an amazing girl and she deserved the world, she didn't deserve to feel like this. The moonlight shined down on both of us.

"This feels nice.. Being able to talk about my feelings with someone again.." Dawn smiled.

"What do you mean?" I asked as I moved a bit closer to her.

"I never talk about my feelings with Kenny since he's always talking about his feelings." She told me.

"That must be hard for you." I said moving an inch closer to her again.

She chuckled, "sometimes. Love is just really weird."

"It is." I said and moved an inch closer again till I was finally next to her.

She looked at me and smiled, our faces were only a few inches apart. Her smile was always the first thing on my mind wherever I went. "Thank you.. Ash." She said as we started leaning in towards each other, "for..?" I said in a hushed voice. "...for everything." She said as our lips met once again in a long time. I kissed her softly and brought my hand up to her cheek as I caressed it gently.

After a few minutes, we pulled away and stared at each other. "I'm sorry.." Dawn said getting up from the couch. I grabbed her hand, "Dawn.." She shook her head at me. "Ash, please.. I'm getting married to Kenny.. I.. I.." She said as tears started streaming from her eyes.

I got up and grabbed her by the waist with one hand as I used the other to cup her face and make her look at me. "But do you really love him?"

Dawn's POV

"But do you really love him?"

I couldn't speak, I couldn't say anything. Did I really love Kenny? Yes, of course I did, but.. not in that way. I looked up at Ash who was looking down at me while caressing my cheek. I still loved Ash...

"Truth is.. I still love you, Ash.." I told him. He smiled at me as he pulled me into a kiss then pulled away.

"I never stopped loving you, Dawn."

Sorry for the long wait but you know school and adult responsibilities D:
