Fun fact: I published part one a few days before my parents' anniversary...! Which my dad forgot about and gave her flowers five days later;;;

Btw, this is set in Ireland, just pointing that out

Levi realised he probably should gave brought some money in his pocket or wallet if he was going into a bank to open up an account. He reached into the pocket of his jeans and pulled out two one euro coins.

"Mister Ackerman?" [F/n] called from behind the desk. She appeared to be getting impatient but honestly... He was at a loss for words.

What in God's name was he doing?

"Oh, yes. I'd like to open an account here."

[F/n] nodded and asked for his license and his address. He was to be moving in with Eren soon, again temporarily, until he found his own place. It did seem pathetic to be living with your dad at thirty-two. Suddenly, she started to chuckle lightly to herself.

"Did you not have your cup of coffee when you were getting your photo taken here?" She held up his license and he was forced to bare witness to his grumpy looking self.

"Probably." He replied, curtly. Too curtly. She didn't know how to respond with a bite like that in his tone. Shit, he said to himself. He didn't want to push her away suddenly. "I need it otherwise I look like that for the rest of the day."

"I'm the same." She began to type a few things onto her computer and continued to ask for his details regarding this account. When she was done, she handed him back his license.

He felt like he had been pushing thid charade a bit too long and decided to take his leave, bidding farewell and thanks to the beautiful clerk.

Fuck, I feel like a pre-pubescent boy again, he said to himself.

As awkward as he felt last Monday, he found himself outside the bank again... with money in his pocket!

He walked through the double doors and walked up to the ATM with the cash in his hand. [F/n] noticed him and quirked a brow. It was thoughtful the first Monday, but it was going to get very creepy very quickly if this was going to happen on a regular basis.

[F/n] exited the office she was in and walked towards the front door for her lunch break, just as Levi was finished. He sprinted out the door towards her.

"[F/n]!" He called out. He was going to tell her... he was going to tell her-!

She sighed heavily and turned around to face him. "What is it?"

There was low rumble like the roll of a timpani and the heavens opened up. [F/n] faced up towards the sky, her face getting doused before she heard the sound of an umbrella unfolding. Levi sheltered them both. Crap, I'm too close, he said and stood beside her instead.

"Oh, thanks..." she mumbled, shyly. Silence fell between them and all you could hear was rain pelting against the umbrella and the buildings nearby and cars driving theough deep puddles. "What is it you want, Levi?"

Levi's mind was racing. I just think you're kind of pretty and I am slowly developing a crush like I'm a hormonal teenager all over again and fucking hell, I can't tell you this and it's going to drive me crazy, he said to himself. "I came here to lodge a cheque." He replied, stiff as stone.

It didn't take her two seconds to know this was a lie. She picked up on this last week when there was a light shade of pink dusting his pallid cheeks. She wouldn't say that to him though.
