Chapter 26: Death by Sleep?

When I woke up the next morning, Jellal was sleeping on the other side of the cave that we were in. I grabbed a piece of paper from my pocket and wrote a thank you note to Jellal. I then left and walked back to the guild. When I went in, a table was flying my way and I used the same spell that I used the first time I came through the Fairy Tail doors "Fire dragon! Iron fist!" I broke the table and Natsu came to me "No way! You're a fire dragon slayer too?!" "Natsu, it's me Angel. Don't you remember me?" I then noticed that my Fairy Tail mark was gone "No, this can't be right. Where's my guild mark." Everything turned dark "Welcome to your worst nightmare Angel Heartfillia. You'll never be able to wake up." I started to become really scared and the next thing I knew, I woke up panting and Jellal was right beside me "You ok? You had a really bad nightmare." "I-I'm fine.." I had started crying "You don't look fine. Tell me what happened in your nightmare." "Ok. I woke up in the cave that we're in and I wrote a note to you saying thank you. Then, I went back to the guild and just like the first time I went through the door's of Fairy Tail, a table came flying at me and I used the same spell that I did the first time the table came at me. Then, Natsu came to me and started acting like he didn't know me. I looked to see if I had my guild mark and it was gone. After that, the whole guild turned dark and this voice then spoke to me. It said 'Welcome to your worst nightmare Angel Heartfillia. You'll never be able to wake up.' That's the last thing I remember. Then, you woke me up "I see. I fear that someone is after you and wants you to stay asleep." "Really? Wow.." "I'm going to let you go back to the others but I'm going to put a tracker spell on you so I can track where you are." "Ok. Thanks for everything Jellal." I hugged him and then left to go back to the guild. I opened the doors and Natsu ran to me "Angel! You're ok. I got so worried. Your wound is healed. Did you heal it?" "No actually. Jellal did. He found me and brought me to a cave and healed me. I couldn't heal my wound so if he didn't find me, I would've bled out." Natsu then glared at Gray and looked like he was ready to attack him "Don't Natsu. It's my fault it happened. I went in between your attacks." Natsu sighed "Fine." I then notice a pool table and went to it "When did the guild get a pool table. I love pool. I played it once or twice with a client on my five year quest." Gray then came up to me "I'll play you. But if I win, you have to let me explain everything ok?" "Fine. But if I win, you stay out of my site for a week got it?" "Got it." Gray and I played best two out of three and I won. Gray then started to walk away "Gray wait. I know I won but I'll let you explain." He smiled and I sat down with him "The girl that I was with was a friend of mine that I met on a job. I didn't know when you would be back so I started to talk to her. We got close but I always thought about you. There wasn't a day where I didn't think about you. I know you won't forgive me and I understand." "I forgive you but I'm with Natsu now." "I see. Well, thank you for letting me explain to you. We can still be friends right?" I nodded "Of course." I smiled and then went to Natsu "So you and Gray are ok?" "Ya. We're good now." I yawned but didn't want to sleep. Especially because of what happened last time. Then, I heard this voice in my head "Sleep child. Sleep to your hearts content." I became very tired and I started to sway "Angel? You ok? You're swaying." I then heard Jellal's voice "Angel, ignore the voice. You can't sleep. You mustn't." It was too late and I collapsed
~Natsu's POV~
I caught Angel before she could fall "Guys, something's wrong with Angel." I noticed that her face was pale and she was breathing heavily. Jellal then came through the doors and came up to Angel "Jellal? What are you doing here." "Angel's in big trouble. Take me to her apartment so I can try to help her." I hesitantly nodded and brought him to Angel's and I placed Angel on her bed "What's wrong with her." "Someone's after Angel and put a sleeping spell on her so she would eventually die her sleep. She'll go through all her memories and when she hits her last one, she'll-she'll.." "She'll what Jellal. Spill it." "She'll die Natsu..." Erza, Lucy, Gray and Wendy had come as well and Erza went up to Jellal "You have to save her Jellal. You must!" Erza had teared up "Erza I... It's not that simple. I can try to save her but she might loose a lot of her memories in the process." Jellal sighed
~Angel's POV~
"Teach me Dragon force papa!" I smiled at Acnologia "Sure sweetheart." Acnologia taught me dragon force. I then started to go through years of memories. "Natsu...."
~Natsu's POV~
"Angel... Jellal, hurry up and save her! I know the risks but I want you to save her." He nodded "If that's what you wish." Angel was sweating and her face was extremely pale "Hang in there Angel.."
