you watched from a distance as the ship landed on the pad. your arms were crossed and you had a sad face as you watched cassian andor walk out of the ship. he and the crew were surrounded by rebels, applauding for him.

as he walked through the crowd, he made eye contact with you. immediately his face fell, as he looked ashamed. he walked towards you slowly, and stopped right in front of you.

"hello (y/n)."

"hello cassian."

there was silence.

"i'm sorry. i know i screwed up. please give me a chance."

"cassian you hurt me. you yelled at me and insulted me just because i was worried about you. about your safety. i don't know if it's forgivable."

"(y/n). please. i love you. the rebellion is my life, and i got defensive. there was no good thing i did that day. i love you (y/n), and i would never try to hurt you."

he slowly raised his arms, his eyes asking you for a hug.

you looked up, staring with cold, sad eyes. "never do it again" you said, finally giving in. he immediately embraced you tightly. you heard him crying behind you.

"cas, are you crying?"

"i've missed you (y/n). i'm so so sorry. and i love you so much."
