At 10.36pm that night, Semi was once again tossing his volleyball up and down, in the free court.

"Don't you get tired?" I call, while I sat on the bench. He shakes his head and throws it up, slamming it with all his might. I flinch a little at the sound, and his gaze is set on the ball until it stops rolling on the floor.

"I'll help you," I say, taking my heels off. Hichimiya had lent me a pair on occasion of my 'date' with Semi, and after we finished a talk-less, light meal of sushi, we found ourselves walking towards the court.

"No, you won't. Put your shoes on." He orders, jogging to the other side to retrieve the ball. I sit on the bench again, strapping the shoe back on - heels are so hard to wear, but I could totally understand why people liked wearing them... It made me feel... Feminine? I wasn't really sure.

But I had a feeling I'd buy some of my own soon, when I got my next month's allowance.

I glance up at the sky, taking in the view of the black canvas, with reddish clouds scattering - I didn't need the weather channel to let me know that it would probably rain tomorrow, and perhaps tonight, as well.

"Eita-kun, I think we should head back home." I say, pointing up. Semi glances up as well, nodding when he looks down again. He walks up to me, throwing the ball into the cart before he takes a seat beside me. And unlike I had done earlier, he doesn't sit as further away from me as possible, he actually sits close enough, that I can feel his arm's warmth on mine.

"I guess everyone knows that we are soulmates, after what happened yesterday."

"I guess so."

"Well, I don't care if people know, as long as you don't mind either."  He says. "I mean, if it bothers you, I'd be mad at myself."

I shake my head, resting my hands on my lap. "It's fine. They would find out eventually, anyway."

"Remember Hamada? The guy who called you Soulmate-chan?"

Yeah, he called me your Soulmate-chan. I smile when I recall that, and give him a nod.

"He asked me if I was dating you," He lets me know. "I slapped his head."

"You say that like you're proud of it," I mumble. "And we aren't dating, so you could have simply said no."

Semi doesn't respond to that, and he continues to simply stare at me. I fiddle with my fingers nervously, looking down at the Hichimiya's shoes.

Little water droplets begin to fall, and the two of us stand up with a jolt. I hurry to take my shoes off, and the two of us run back all the way to Shiratorizawa - all while Semi cursed under his breath for me tripping over at least twice and him having to hold my hand on the way.

"How do you even trip when there's nothing to trip over, oh my god."

When we reach the building, I can't help but to smile. It was funny, when he was the one that made me cry so much just the other day.

"You're doing that again," Semi says, pointing an accusing finger at my face.

"I'm doing what?" I ask innocently and he shakes his head.
