Trigger warnings: yelling, violence, panic.

Our hands were locked together, the warmth making me feel safe in this cold world, until I felt a cold, slimy set of hands pull me away from Gerard with a surprising force. He looked shocked, wide eyes, open mouth, and furrowed his brows.

The body behind me wasn't unfamiliar, but still a mystery, until it screamed. "Fuck all of you!" Daniel held his arm tight around my throat, not just making me unable to move, but almost choking me as well. I heard something made out of metal click.

A gun.

I couldn't breathe, blink, think, anything, only stare at Gerard's panicking eyes, that couldn't blink either.

The icy cold metal got brutally pushed close to my head, the barrel of the gun mashed into my hair.

"Don't." Gerard was definitely scared, he didn't want this to happen, not to me. "Ge-", I choked but felt the strong arm tighten around my neck as the misunderstood boy screamed once again: "Shut up! Both of you! It's over!"

"Daniel." Gerard tried to look at him, but he was too scared to move, so those eyes I never wanted to see this scared kept glaring at me. He looked like he was staring at a ghost, my ghost. "There's a solution, put away the gun, Daniel." His voice was just a whisper.

I felt Daniel chuckle behind me, his body weak for a second. I tried to move, but again he tightened his grip. The psychopathic grinning continued.

"Oh Gerard, there is only one solution."

The piercing pain hit me.

This wasn't a part of my plan. But things never go as planned. Never.

But I might as well embrace the pain.

Pain was what I had been wanting for such a long time anyways.

Not like this, not anymore.

I heard Gerard's hopeless heart rending and heart shattering cry scream out in this lonely frozen landscape.

We were together in this fight called life.

Right until the end.
