Chapter 25

Few Weeks Later

Ross's POV:

I woke up and saw Y/n. Cuddled up right next to me. I didn't want to wake her so I stayed still.

Petting her soft hair. Y/n mumbled something. It made me smile and wonder. What does she dream about.

"Mommy daddy." Ruby yelled. She jumped on the bed and started laughing. "Shh Ruby mommy's sleeping." I whispered.

She copied everything I did. It made me laugh a little. "Hey sweetie." Y/n yawned. "Sorry I told her to be quiet." I sighed.

Y/n smiled and ruffled Ruby's hair. Ruby laughed and moved y/n's arm away. Then y/n fell back words laughing.

Ruby started laughing as well and jumped on both of us. I laughed with them. It was really fun.

"Who's hungry." I asked. "Me, I am, I am." Ruby yelled. "Shh Ruby now lets go eat." I smiled. Y/n got up and headed to the bathroom.

"Y/n you coming." I asked. "Y-Yeah be right there." Y-Yeah be right out." Y/n mumbled. I tried to open the door, it was locked.

"O-Ok I'll see you down stairs then." I frowned. I heard faint sounds coming from the bathroom. I hope she's ok.

I walked towards Ruby but she just ran and started laughing. I looked at my alarm clock. It said 10:00am.

Shoot Max and Cheese is probably still asleep. "Ruby get back here." I whispered. Ruby ran into Max's room.

I started walking over. Then I heard crying. I picked up my pace and saw that Galileo was in there.

He was licking her face. I walked over and picked her up. "Here, here." I yawned. "Daddy L-L-Lowie b-being mean." Ruby cried.

"Its ok he was just showing how much he cares about you." I said calmly. "No he h-h-hates me." Ruby sobbed.

"Lets get something to eat it'll make you feel better." I smiled. She nodded. "I'll let you pick out the type of fish for breakfast." I smiled.

"Yeah." Ruby smiled. I like making her smile it made me feel happy. I heard puking noises coming form my room.

I'm sure y/n is just sick or something. Nothing to worry about. I walked down the stairs and went into the kitchen.

Ruby started screaming again and put up her legs. "Ross what's wrong." Max asked. "Its nothing she's just scared of Galileo." I sighed.

"How come what did he do." Max asked. "Just pushed her over you know she's not that tall or strong." I said.

"Is she ok." Max asked. "Yeah she's just not old enough that's all." I sighed again. "I can teach him not to jump." Max asked.

"Nah its fine." I said. I went to the fridge and let Ruby pick out what she wanted. "I'm back." Y/n said.

I turned around, she didn't look normal. "You ok." I asked. "Yeah, yeah I'm fine." Y/n nodded.

"What's for breakfast." Y/n asked. "Um I don't know I let Ruby pick it." I shrugged. "Oh." Y/n shrugged as well.

"Want some mommy." Ruby asked. "No thanks I'll have toast." Y/n said. That's weird she always has fish in the morning.

"Ok then." I said slowly. "What." Y/n asked. "Its just that you always have fish for breakfast." I questioned.

"Well I like to try new things now and then." Y/n smiled. "Cool." I said. She made some toast and ate like ten pieces.

I only ate 4. I had off today so maybe I'll take Ruby to the park. "Ruby so after breakfast do you want to go to the park." I asked.

Ruby nodded and took another bite of her breakfast. "That sounds like a great idea." Y/n smiled.

"Are you coming with or no." I asked. "No I um need to start looking for jobs." Y/n said.

Y/n is such a bad liar, but I'll wait till she tells me. "Ok I'll go get some toys ready." I sighed. I walked up stairs and into Ruby's room.

I grabbed a few dinosaur toys and headed back out. "Lets go daddy." Ruby smiled.

I glanced at the kitchen and saw y/n with her head down in her hands. I turn back around and open the door.

Then we left for the park. I opened the car door and Ruby got in. Then I buckled her in and got in.

I started driving and got to the park about ten minutes after. I opened the side door and Ruby was waiting to get out.

"Are you exited." I asked. "Yeah." Ruby gasped. I set her down and she ran to the park.

I ran after her because she forgot her dino, it was her favorite one. I couldn't keep up with her fast legs.

So I sat down on the bench and drank some pop. I got out my phone and texted Cheese.

Ross- Your a girl right.
Cheese- I hope so. Why you asking.
Ross- Something's up with y/n she ate hella toast this morning and didn't come to the park with Ruby and I.
Cheese- I'll see what I can do. It'll be about 20 minutes I'm almost done with work.
Ross- Oh ok take your time I'm sure its nothing.
Cheese- Ok see you later.

I set my phone down and took a deep breath. "How many." Some lady asked. "Huh." I asked. "Kids do you have any." She asked.

"Yeah a four year old." I smiled. "I have 2 eight year olds." She sighed. "Wow must be difficult." I questioned.

"You haven't seen the beginning of it. One wants something then the other wants it as well." She chuckled.

We talked for a while until Ruby came up to me with tears. "What's wrong." I asked. "I can not find dino." Ruby sobbed.

I grabbed dino from the table and handed him to her. "You found him thank you." Ruby gasped. She gave me a hug and ran away with it.

"She's so cute and polite." ?? smiled. "Yeah ever since she could talk its been thank you or please." I smiled.

"Sorry to cut this short but I better go before my husband starts wondering where I am." ?? sighed.

I nodded then she got her kids and walked away. I checked my phone and no message. Well I tried.

I looked at the clock and saw that it was already 2. I better get back. I grabbed my stuff and put it back in the bag.

Then I walked over to find Ruby. I saw her dino on the ground so I picked it up. "Hey that's mine." Ruby snapped.

"Hi daddy." Ruby smiled. "Come on we're going back home." I smiled. "Ok but can I have my dino." Ruby asked.

"Yes here you go." I said and handed her the dino. "Ok lets go." I said. We headed to the car as Ruby tried to open the door.

I opened the door and she crawled in. Then I buckled her in and started the car. We were about half way back.

When I suddenly stopped the car. I hit my head on something and felt blood coming down. "Ruby are you ok." I asked.

Then something else hit my side. Luckily Ruby sat on the other side. Then another but this time in the front.

Then nothing I couldn't see anything.

Sorry about the ending but its my birthday today so I'll post the next chapter today.
