Y/n POV:
Max and Cheese left to talk. We heard what they were saying. Then it went silent. "Ross I'm sorry I scared you. I thought I could make it back in time." I frowned. "Did it hurt." Ross asked. "Yes a little but I'm ok." I say. Ross sighed. "So um you want to go for a swim." I asked.
"Don't you need to rest or get your strength back." Ross asked. "No I feel fine." I smile. "Um ok." Ross smiled. I got up and headed for the whole. I jumped in and Ross fallowed. He smiled and jumped in next to me. I stud up and moved my hands side to side leveling my balance in the water.
He came up to me. "When I showed you what I could do in my old room with the water. I can do much better here." I smiled. "Really could you show me if its not any trouble." Ross asked. I laughed and held out my hand and made an animal out of the water.
Then a little deer. It danced around on the water going in a circle around Ross and me. "This is really cool." Ross laughed. I made more and other animals. Then I brought them back and they disappeared. I got a little dizzy. Maybe I should not give it all I got.
"Ready." I smiled. He nodded. (He has all the stuff for diving). I held out my hand and he took it. We went under and in the ocean took a while but we made it. I motioned him to the surface. "So this is what swimming with a mermaid feels like." Ross smiled.
"Yeah its really boring." I chuckled. "Not really its really fun." Ross says. A boat came near I went invisible. Ross looked around for me. "Hey you there you lost." ??? asked. "N-No just um diving for fun." Ross fake smiled. "You need a lift." ??? asked. "No thanks." Ross replied.
I swam around the boat and came visible gasping for air. A little to loud. "Did you hear that it sounded like someone." ??? questioned. I heard foot steps coming near me. I went invisible and back to Ross. I came visible again. "Ross get him out of here I cant hold me breath for long." I gasp.
"Hey who is that." ??? asked. "Lets get the hell out of here." I whispered. Ross nodded. "Is that a mermaid." ??? asked. I hid my face so he couldn't see it. "Daddy what's going on." A little girl asked. "Go back inside sweetie." ??? demanded. "Is that a mermaid." The little girl asked.
"Yes I am." I say. "What are you doing." Ross asked. "I got this." I say. I go next to the boat. "My names Charlie I'm 6." The little girl smiled. "That's a pretty name." I smiled. "Thank you." Charlie giggled. I say Charlie's dad with a pocker stick. "Hey what are you doing." Ross yelled.
The little girl looked at her dad. "Daddy no don't hurt her." Charlie asked. He puts it down and backed away. "Listen Charlie there are many more like me out in the ocean but people like your dad hunts us down." I frown. "Why." Charlie asked.
"Because they want money. But what they don't know is that some mermaids have family and friends." I smiled. I looked at Ross and smiled as he came up to us. "Is he a merman." Charlie asked. "No." I laughed. "You said family do you have any kids." Charlie asked.
"No not yet but soon. With this guy." I smiled. "Ok you freaks what are you trying to do to my daughter." ??? asked. "First of all she is not a freak. Second of all she's trying to get your daughter to not turn out like you." Ross snapped.
"Ok well sweetie I got to go before something bad happens ok." I sigh. She looked frightened. "Get your ass over here know." ??? yelled. The little girl ran over as he slapped her in the face leaving a mark. "Hey stop that." I yelled at him. Charlie fell to the ground. "She's only 6 years old." Ross yelled.
Then a older boy came out he was around 18. "That is the last time you touch my sister you monster." The boy yelled. The boy grabbed Charlie and pulled her near Ross and I. "Take her I'll get her later at the docks near by." The boy says. "Does she need a life jacket." I asked.
No shook is head. Then said a spell. One I never heard before. He pushed her in the water. She turned into a mermaid. "Brother what is happening to me." Charlie asked. "Something I should of told you earlier our parents." He frowned. "Are you coming with." She asked.
He shook his head. "Get her out of here." The boy asked. I nodded. "Come on lets go." I say. Ross grabbed her hand and went under going back. "I'm taking her to my house. What time should I come to the dock." I asked. "Just wait there for me." He smiled.
I nodded and went under. Back at the house. We came back to the surface. "Is my brother going to be ok." Charlie asked. "Does this happen a lot." I asked. She nodded. "Ok well lets get tried off." I sighed. We all got out and dried off except Ross. "I like your place it reminds me of my mom." Charlie frowned.
Hey guys your back what took you so long. Who is this." Max asked. "Charlie." I say. He comes over and examined the mark her dad left. "Max can I have a word with you and Cheese." I asked. He nodded. I looked at Charlie who looked puzzled. We went upstairs and got Cheese.
"Who is that girl." Max asked. I told them everything except her name. "Are you going to see the her brother." Cheese asked. "Yes but I'm keeping her here they will stay down in the basement." I sighed. "Do you want me to come with." Cheese asked.
"He wont show then. He said a spell out loud but I didn't know what spell it was." I frown. "Do you remember it." Cheese asked. I nodded and repeated what he said. Then Cheese went to the kitchen as we fallowed. She turned on the fosit. "What are you doing." Max asked.
Then put her hand under it. Nothing happened. "I knew it." Cheese chuckled. "Why is this normal to you." I asked. "Its a reversal spell." Cheese laughed. "Then why did it only work on you and the girl." Max asked. "Because it only works on a pure-blood. Not in a bad way." Cheese asked.
"Its ok." I smile. "But there is only a few pure-blood alive its mostly half or gifted." Cheese says. "Ok um do you know anyone around here that's pure-blood." I asked. "Ya my cousins." Cheese says. "What was her name." Cheese asked. "Um Charlie." I say.
She walks back to the basement. "Charlie." Cheese yelled. "Cheese is that you." Charlie asked.
