Chapter 13 Nightmare

Ross' POV:

I wake up and hear screaming coming from y/ns room. I jump out of bed and run into her room. It looks like she's trying to brake free of something. I run up to her and try to wake her up. "Y/n wake up." I yell. "Ross what's going on." Cheese asked. "Is this a side affect." I ask.

"The only side affect is loosing your tail until you reverse the spell." Cheese says. "Y/N." I yell. She opens her eyes and gasp for air holding onto me. Then she starts crying again. "What happened." I ask. "I-I thought you died." Y/n sobbed. Her grip got tighter.

"Guys what happened." Zero asked. "Go back to bed." Cheese said. "Cheese I got this." I asked. She shut the door and left. "Calm down. Deep breath." I say softly. She took a troubled breath. "Know tell me what happened." I ask.

"I-I woke up. W-We were on our way to the store when a-a semi h-hit us. I-I was on the passenger side. But the car went flying and hit a lamp poll." Y/n stuttered. She started sobbing again. "Shh its ok." I whispered. "Y-You were bleeding from there." Y/n said.

Pointing to a spot on my head. My hart sank even lower. "The important thing is that we are ok. No car crashes happening here." I sighed. I let go. "I'm going to go back to bed." I frowned. "N-NO." Y/n whisper yelled. "P-Please stay with me." Y/n asked.

I nodded and got in the other side of the bed. She put her head on my chest and her hand on my stomach. She took a few deep breaths. I pet her hair until I heart soft snoring. I fell asleep to the sound of her snore.

I woke up seeing a frowned sleeping y/n. She had tears in her eyes. I checked her clock 10 am. Great 2 hours late to work. Then the sound of the door bell rang. "Pst. Y/n." I whispered. No response. I gently moved her onto one side. Getting up and walking down the stairs to the door.

I open it. "Hey Adam." I yawned. He barged in. "Sorry but where is y/n." Adam asked. "Sleeping." I say. "Then why didn't you wake her." Adam sighed. "She looked peaceful so I let her sleep." I whisper. "Is she safe." Adam asked.

"No Adam she's sleeping on a table." I say sarcastically. He takes a deep breath. "Am I being over protective." Adam sighed. I nod. Then here someone throw up from upstairs. We rush up and see that the bathroom door was closed.

"Y/n are you ok." I asked. "Yeah just morning sickness." Y/n says. "Mermaids don't get morning sickness. Y/N WHAT DID YOU DO." Adam yelled. "It wasn't Ross so don't get mad at him." Y/n yelled through the door. Then we heard the toilet flush. I stepped back.

The door opens. She hugs Adam. "Morning." She says. Then hugs me. We all head down to the living room. "I um made something cool in the basement if you want to see." Y/n yawned. "I um brought you something." Adam says. He got up and left the house.

"You ok." I asked. "No really hungry." Y/n said. "I'll get you something to eat." I smiled. I got up and went into the fridge. There was a note. Morning snack for y/n ONLY and if Adam wants some. Do not cook. P.S, good luck with morning sickness. "Thanks for the warning." I mumbled.

I grabbed the dish it looked green. I went back to the couch with utensils. "Here you go. Cheese made it. Only you and Adam can have it." I sighed. She grabbed it and started eating. The door opened and Ooshgoon ran in. "Ooshgoon I missed you so much." Y/n gasped.

"Something smells good." Adam said. He looked at y/n and smiled. "No Adam this is mine." Y/n said. "Please." Adam begged. "Fine. " Y/n smiled. They started eating. "The note said that I cant eat it why." I asked. "Because you will puke it up instantly." Adam said.

"Oh." I said. "Come sit down Ross." Y/n asked. I nodded and sat down. "So sis tell me what happened last night. And this morning." Adam questioned. "I had a nightmare that's all." Y/n sighed. "Just tell me what happened." Adam asked y/n.

Y/n POV:

"FINE. When I fell asleep like a normal person. I 'woke up' and went to the store with Ross. I don't know why. But then a semi hit us........ And R-Ross he-he died in the crash." I frowned. I set the plate down and started crying. "Oh was it bad." Adam asked.

"He was bleeding from the head." I yelled. "You used to have nightmares like this when we were younger." Adam said. "Not like this." I shook my head. "Was it detailed to the exact point." Adam asked. I nodded. "Do you think its another sigh." I gasped.

"No." Adam said instantly. "Hello I'm still here." Ross frowned. I brought Ross into a big hug. "Why don't you show me the basement." Adam fake smiled. I nodded and sniffled. We all got up and walked to the basement. I let Adam go down first. "This is awesome." Adam gasped.

"Thanks." I smiled. He walked around and looked at all the ingredients I had. "This is really impressive." Adam says. "Thanks." I said. We all finished talking and Adam left. "Want to watch a movie." Ross asked. I nodded. We watched some anime and snuggled.

I started to get thirsty. "I'll be right back." I sighed. "Where you going." Ross asked sitting up. "I'm going to make some tea for myself. Since its getting really cold. Do you want anything." I asked. "No thanks. Do you want me to pause it." Ross says.

I shake my head. Going down stairs and grabbing a few things. I set them on the kitchen table. "Do you have a Tea pot." I yelled. I hear foot steps coming towards me. I turn around and see Ross behind me. "Ya its right behind you." Ross smiled. I looked and say it behind me.

"Wow I think I might be blind." I smiled sarcastically. "Hey I'm blind." He fake frowned. "Oh you poor thing." I say putting my hands on his cheeks softly. I kissed him on the nose and went back to work making my tea. He wrapped his arms around me. While I made the tea.

I got to thinking about how and who I would be spending the rest of my life with. "I love you so much." I smiled. "I love you more." Ross smiled back. Then we fell asleep watching anime.
