Chapter 28

"Ok what is it." Max asked. "Ross and I was thinking. Maybe Ross, Ruby and I should move out." I frowned.

"How come." Cheese asked. "This house isn't meant for 2 family's." I sighed. "It can be." Max said.

"Look I don't want to argue about this right now. We don't know 100% if we're moving out." I said.

"Well we support your thoughts 100%." Cheese smiled. "Thanks and I cant just eat all your food." I said.

"Then we'll eat it all together." Cheese smiled. I laughed and so did Cheese. "Well I'm going for a swim." I sighed.

"I think I'll go with. Lots of things to prepare me for and I need more ingredients for new spells." Cheese said.

"I would join but I wouldn't make it that far." Max frowned. I patted his shoulder. "Its ok we'll watch a Happy Potter marathon later." I said.

Max and I love Harry Potter Cheese does as well but not like I do. Cheese and I walked downstairs.

"Lets go."  I said diving into the water. Cheese followed me and we swam to the ocean. We found lots of new plants.

I was a little hungry but what was I hungry for. I swam to the bottom of the ocean not to deep. I saw shrimp.

I grabbed a few and ate some. "Hey save some for me." Cheese asked. I handed her some and we had snack.

I started to run out of air faster then usually. I went to the surface. "You ok." Cheese asked. "Yeah just ran out of air." I said.

"Oh ok then." Cheese shrugged. There was a sound of a boat coming our way. "We better go." I said.

She nodded and we swam away. I started to feel weird. We were about 5 minutes away from home.

I felt my legs grow back and I couldn't hold my breath anymore. Then I was fine but I kept sinking.

"Cheese." I yelled choked on the water. She looked back and swam at me. I held out my arm and she grabbed it.

She said a chant and I was fine. "Thank you." I said out of breath. "Come one lets get home." Cheese said.

I nodded. We swam back to the house and into the pool. "Are you ok." Cheese asked. "Yeah I think so." I sighed.

"What happened." Cheese asked. "I was swimming and the next thing I know I felt my legs back and I was out of breath." I sighed.

Cheese dried off. "Please don't tell Ross. I don't want him worrying about me right now." I frowned.

She didn't answer. "Mommy your back." Ruby said. She sat down next to the pool. "How was your nap." I asked.

"Were did you go." Ruby asked. "Cheese and I went out for a while and brought some stuff." I said.

"Where are they." Ruby questioned. "I must of dropped them before I came in." I said. "Can I grab them." Ruby asked.

"No I'll do it later." I said. "Is daddy coming home soon." Ruby asked. It was already getting a little dark outside.

"I'll call him later and you can speak to him." I smiled. "Now go and play Cheese and I are a bit bizzy." I said.

"Ok." Ruby said. Ruby walked over to Cheese. "Can I play with Max." Ruby asked. "Yeah go ahead." Cheese smiled.

Ruby jumped up and down then ran up the stairs. "Be careful." I said. She ignored me and continued up the stairs.

I stayed in the water and just floated for while. "I feel so relaxed in the water." I smiled. It got a little chilly so I warmed up the water.

"Y/n your phones ringing." Max yelled from upstairs. "I'll get it." Cheese said. She walked up the stairs and grabbed my phone.

It was Ross so I answered it quick and put it on speaker. "Hey Ross." I said. "Hey how's it going." Ross asked.

"Good its really boring here without you." I sighed. "I miss you guys too." Ross said into the phone.

"Is that daddy." Ruby asked. "Yeah sweetie it is but he's not here he's on the phone." I said. "Hi daddy." Ruby waved.

"Hey honey how's it going." Ross asked. "When are you getting home." Ruby asked. "Not for a while." Ross said.

"Sorry to cut this short but I got to go. The pain killers are starting to warring off." Ross sighed. "See you soon." I said.

"Bye." Ruby frowned. "We love you." I smiled. "Love you guys to." Ross said. Then we hung up.

I checked the time and it was 6:30pm. "You gettin out or no." Cheese asked. "Nah I think I'll just stay here for a while." I sighed.

"Ok well don't go out without telling anyone." Cheese demanded. I nodded and coughed a little.

I feel like I'm coming down with a little cold. Maybe it's the seasons changing or something I don't really know.

"What do you guys want for dinner." Max yelled from the top of the stairs. "Mac n cheese." Ruby yelled running to the stairs.

"She really likes mac n cheese." Cheese chuckled. I yawned. "I'm gonna make some new potions." Cheese sighed.

"Be careful ok last time you made something it started flying." I smiled. "Hey that was once ok." Cheese laughed.

"Mommy can I help Uncle Max with dinner." Ruby asked. "Yes you can but be careful ok." I asked.

"Ok thanks." She smiled. Then went upstairs and shut the door. I let go of the side and drifted to the center.

Then laid on my back and just started floating. "I heard that Shelby is moving here." Cheese said.

"Oh my gosh its been so long since I've seen her." I gasped. "Yeah she's moving in a hotel with gizzygozza." Cheese chuckled.

(Idk how to spell his name). "Are they dating." I asked. "What no there like siblings." Cheese said.

"I just thought because they're living together." I shrugged. "No Gizzy has a boyfriend." Cheese said.

"Aw good for him." I smiled. "I know right there so cute together." Cheese said. "Wait does she know about us." I asked.

"I don't think so we better keep it a secret not everyone needs to know about mermaids being real." I sighed.

"Yeah but what if she'll keep the secret." Cheese asked. "No she could accidently tell someone." I said.

"Shelby's not that kind of person to tell secrets." Cheese said a little annoyed. "Are you sure." I asked.

"Yeah I've been friends with her for like 6 years." Cheese said. "Is it cold in here or is it just me." I asked.

"Probably just you. You should get out of the water." Cheese asked. "Yeah ok." I sighed. I stopped floating and looked at the edge.

The edge had been covered with a thin peace of ice. "Cheese." I yelled. She ran over. "What is it." Cheese asked.

Sorry about the cliff hanger. I will try and work on this book a little more. After you or y/n has the baby I think I'm gonna end the book. I'm not sure if I am or not. Sorry if you don't want me to end the book. Stay sad but not too sad.
