Chapter 32

Y/N POV:

Ruby screamed. I quickly looked over and saw her fall. "Ruby." I said. I got up and ran to the water.

She came up and took a deep breath. "I'm ok." Ruby said. "Thank god." I said taking a deep breath.

"Crap." Shelby said. "Shelby you never told me you were a mermaid." Ross gasped. "I thought I told you." She sighed.

"Sorry I thought you knew." Shelby said. "Well if it makes you feel better I don't have powers." She said.

"What's next Max is some kind of super hero with powers." Ross sighed. "No but that would be cool." Max said.

Cheese and Max walked down the stairs with Galileo. "Where's Adam." Max asked. "He went upstairs waiting for Alesa." Shelby said.

"Nice tail." Cheese said. "Thanks." Shelby said. "Ruby can you stay right there while I dry off Shelby." I asked.

I walked over and dried her off. "Thanks." Shelby said. "Yeah." I nodded. "Cannon ball." Stefan yelled.

He just into the water and splashed Shelby and I. "Stefan." Shelby sighed. She fell to the ground about 5 seconds before me.

"Sorry." Stefan giggled. "Its ok." I said. I dried us off again and got up. "Wait there was a delay there." Shelby said.

"What do you mean." I asked. "Usually it takes about 4 seconds yours took longer." Shelby explained.

"What's going on." Ross asked. "Its not a big deal." I shrugged. "Y/n you didn't tell Ross." Cheese said.

"Tell me what." Ross asked. "Y/n and I went swimming a few days ago and she turned half way back here." Cheese said.

"I was gonna tell you." I frowned. "It probably happened to Shelby when she was pregnant too." I said.

"No nothing happened to me." Shelby shrugged. "Your pregnant again." Adam said. He must of been listening to us.

"Y-Yeah." I said looking at the ground. "Why didn't you tell me." Adam asked. "I found out the day the accident." I frowned.

"No more secrets. Spill everyone what are you hiding." Adam demanded. No one spoke till Shelby said something.

"Stefan's father is a wanted guy who forced me to have sex with him." Shelby said. "Shelby is that true." Ross asked.

"Yeah." She nodded. "You didn't have to say that." Adam said. "Its fine I was gonna tell you anyway." She shrugged.

"That's why I had to keep him a secret. Till I had the chance to move." Shelby sighed. "Mum is daddy bad." Stefan asked.

"Yes that's why we moved without him." Shelby said. "I'm pregnant if that helps out the mood." Cheese said.

"Congratulations Cheese." Shelby smiled whipping off a tear. She stood up and walked to Cheese and hugged her.

"Alesa its been too long." Shelby said. "Hey." Alesa said. "Mom I'm hungry." Mason said. I was hungry too.

Like really hungry. "You could say that again." Cheese said. We all chuckled. "Me too." I said. "Who wants fish." Cheese asked.

"Me." Shelby and I said. "I'll go catch some." I said. "No your not." Ross said. "Ugh...guys I'm fine." I said.

"My tail still works besides I'm only gonna be right out side the pool." I said. "Only if I come." Cheese said.

"No we don't know if you have a side effect. It's safe if I go." Shelby said. "And risk Stefan without a mom no." I said.
